I love the table that was created for me! I sent a picture of something I liked from Crate and Barrel and JR was able to recreate it. I get so many compliments!

JR at Saint Arbor designed and built a custom dining room table for me recently. The craftsmanship and artistry is amazing. It was exactly what I wanted. His team was (and is) calm, sane and very easy to deal with. No drama – No ego. All good!!!

JR at Saint Arbor custom made a dining room table for me that I love! He made it easy to come see already-made tables in his workshop, and tailored the measurements and the stain for my space and color preferences. He also made it easy to deliver it to my apartment. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking to get high quality, gorgeous furniture for a lot less than West Elm.

We ordered a table from JR without having seen any of his work in person. He was very responsive and helpful with our many questions, and once ordered he built and delivered the table exactly as expected on the timeline we discussed. He is very professional, and the table he built is absolutely beautiful. We ordered a 5' farm style with two benches. The table is the new beautiful focus of our dining room and the center of our precious family meal times. We couldn't be happier with our new table, and we highly recommend JR's work.

JR built an amazing table. He was very easy to work with, and was even able to add a custom touch (trestle style bracing) to the bar height farmhouse table based off a single picture. I have yet to have guests over to my home who haven't complimented the table.

The craftsmanship that SaintArbor delivers is beautiful. I recently moved into a new place and had been looking for a dining room table and shelves. I came across SaintArbor and fell in love with their work. Ordered custom pieces and they delivered exactly what I wanted. The quality of the work is amazing and the price is just right. They charge less than most furniture stores and the quality is superior. It's a plus to have hand built furniture made in Los Angeles. Oh, and I always get compliments when I have people over. I first found JRs tables on Craigslist and immediately loved the look of the metal with the wood, but when I went to see them in person, the metal legs he had available were not exactly what I had in mind for our space. I found a photo on Houzz of exactly the legs I wanted and off I went to find them - which I did a few weeks later at an antique shop in downtown LA. With JR's guidance, we bought and delivered the legs to him to be fitted with the table top. JR suggested a number of different types of wood and because the legs were a bit nicer (aka more $$), we decided to go with a black walnut. Long story short, the table is GORGEOUS. The legs with the smooth wood top, the color of the wood - everything is exactly how I imagined it. It took a little longer than I had first anticipated, but only because JR is so in demand that we had to wait in a queue for a bit - but I was in no hurry and it wasn't a problem - he was very communicative and helpful the whole time. I would absolutely recommend and work with him again (I'm already thinking about having a built in desk made...)

I highly reccommned JR and Saint Arbor! I was looking for a long distressed wood farm table with a custom bench and metal detailing. JR was always prompt in his reponses, stuck to all his deadlines, and delievered me a beautiful product! I definitly wanted a unique and well made piece of furniture, and that is exactly what I got!

Working with JR was great. I've received a bookshelf, shoe rack and two nightstands. He was open to my requests and suggestions so it really felt like a collaborative process. Everything he's done for me has been great quality.

JR made us a elegant and sturdy office desk. We are pleased on the wood selection and stain choice and we highly recommend his work. His table would have been double the price at Pottery Barn.

He is so quick to respond and even when I had given him wrong measurements, he was able to fix no problem and still a few days before deadline. I've had so many compliments on my table and bench. and I will absolutely refer anyone towards his way. Now I'm just looking for an excuse to need more furniture to work with JR again. Not only was he able to recreate a replica dining table for a great price, he was able to make it the dimensions and color we wanted. It even had 3 coats of polyurethane to make sure our table would be durable and last through water and heat. You won't regret working with this professional.
