Zimmerman homes was very easy to work with. We had very interesting needs that the average home owner doesn't and Lee worked with us so much with different designs to give us a design that has worked great for us. We have been in the home for just over a year now and there are only a few very small details that I would change if I could do it again. Zimmerman homes worked with us and our mortgage company to make the financial end of the process super easy as we were living in a home that we had a mortgage on while they built our new home. Overall I was just very happy with how smooth they made the process and that they were able to complete the project on time and on budget. We love our new home.

We purchased a lot in 2015 and wanted to build a house on the lot. Prior to purchasing the lot, we met with Lee Martin from Zimmerman Homes and he gave us advice on the lot and ideas on building a house (he spent a lot of time with us). This was very important to us as this was the first time we built a house and we needed advice and guidance. We ultimately selected Zimmerman Homes to build our dream home and this was an excellent decision. They worked with us on all facets of building the house (design of the house, selecting all the interior and exterior items, the construction of the house, etc). They were very knowledgeable and guided us through decision process and they were very patient. They built a quality home and we are extremely satisfied with Zimmerman Homes and if we had to do it all over again, we would pick Zimmerman homes without a doubt and we highly recommend them.

Zimmerman Homes is an extremely high quality builder for a reasonable price...With both experienced employees and excellent subs, Zimmerman built our brick custom home in 2009 and then added a vaulted covered porch with outdoor stone fireplace in 2014. As very satisfied home-owners with high expectations, we can honestly say that no other builder can match or surpass Zimmerman's fair, honest pricing with the quality of their finished product... Before and after-the-sale, Lee Martin, Rick Althoff, and Gary Trimmer were all patient, professional, and trustworthy...Without a doubt, we would choose Zimmerman Homes again, if we ever decide to build again...
