BEST OF HOUZZ AWARD WINNER 2019! It started with one rug purchased for personal use. That grew to a storefront in the University of Cincinnati area that was all of 750 sq. ft. opened in 1972. Six years later, a move to Montgomery and a new 6,500 sq. ft. store. In 1992, Blue Ash beckoned and the current 21,000 sq. ft. showroom was born. Our expertise in color and design; our ability to locate and purchase only the finest rugs in all price ranges and our eagerness to cater to our client’s every need set us apart. We bought a beautiful Tibetan rug here with excellent service, including letting us see it in our space before deciding to buy. We've had it several years now and it is a wonderful rug. When our senior dog had an accident on it, The Rug Gallery came and picked it up, professionally cleaned it and returned it in beautiful condition, giving us advice on what to do with the stains before they could get to us. Really great folks to work with and really great goods!

My wife and I can have nothing but praise for The Rug Gallery. Every step from the initial visit to a couple of follow-up visits everyone we came in contact was very professional and helpful. With the sales team assistance we were able to come up with a rug that complimented the rugs in adjoining rooms. I will never go anywhere else.

We’ve purchased an area rug and runner for hall from Kenwood store! The service was excellent from Trisha Taylor! Helpful, friendly and went out of her way to be of help to us! The store had lots of great choices and worked to get us what we needed in sizes and colors! Their workmanship is top quality! Great store!
