We are deeply grateful to “21 Renovations”. Before we found 21 Renovations, our home was full of a mess because other irresponsible constructors did poor work on there, broke every promise, and did not finished it for 6 months. So we changed our contractor to 21 Renovations, and there's no regret at all. - Sasha, the real professional contractor said that they will complete the work in six weeks, and did it. When there were some problems, he doesn't hide it and makes us know the situation well. And finally, he solves it. - Pamela has positive, bright energy and helped us to make good choices. She catches our preferences well and suggests good ideas. - Dejan and all crews are very reliable, have a friendly manner, and did good quality works. - They wisely solve 'unexpected problems' and clearly make us know what can be done or not in time. It was a great experience working with crews of 21 Renovations. The results are amazing! Only one thing we regret is that if we've been working with them since January, we might be able to write this review in March this year. I hired 21 Renovations to completely gut and renovate my kitchen and bathroom and it was the best choice I could have ever made! Sasha, Dejan and their team did a beautiful job in my condo. The project came in on time and on budget and everyone was friendly, polite, talented, efficient and so trustworthy. I felt I was in great hands during this project and was updated in a timely manner as it progressed and given helpful guidance in areas I was unsure of. An exceptional and honest team – we’re thrilled with the results. We were delighted with the work performed by Sasha and his team. We sourced several quotes for a complete bathroom gut and renovation and were excited to meet Sasha and discuss the work required. The cost and timeframe for the work was exactly what we were hoping for and the project was in full swing within 6 weeks. The communication throughout the term was friendly and clear and, even when we ran into small complications (due to my specific design requirements), Sasha, Juan and Luis worked without issue to find solutions, without compromising on the design and quality of work, with minimal extension to the original timeline. Work was performed whilst my partner and I were at work and the apartment was, without exception, clean and tidy when we returned each day. We are delighted with the experience and love our new bathroom – we’re looking forward to discussing our kitchen renovation with Sasha.

Sasha and his team were wonderful people to work with for our condo renovation. We are very pleased with the quality of their work - they had transformed this old 20-year-old condo unit into a brand new place! At the initial stage of the renovation, we received updated timeline and scope of work as per our conversations through email, which were helpful in keeping track of tasks to be completed and the details of the budget. In the decision-making points, they offered us their professional advice and always gave us options. They are also very resourceful. When my husband and I could not find the right backsplash for our kitchen, bathroom vanities, shower stall, bathroom wall tiles, and doors, they were able to quickly connect us with the stores that sell products which matched the standards, quality, appearance, and budget that we desired. We hired 21 Renovations for our Yaletown condo renovation and the process has been nothing but pleasant and smooth. They did an AMAZING job!! Sasha is very detailed oriented which is a very plus thing for me. Sasha is ALWAYS on time, he's never late to any of our meetings. Not only that, he is also very responsive, whether it's a phone call, text messages or email, he is always available to respond. Quality first! We were always kept in the loop. Our renovation stayed on budget and finished very closed to the projected date. I recently finished a major renovation of my 1700 sq. ft. apartment. Sasha, Dan and their crew of tradesmen were a treat to work with. Every thing went as planed, on schedule and on estimate.They move very quickly and on a very precise schedule and took roughly half the time I was quoted by other people. Dan and Sasha are engineers by training and they are not prepared to compromise on standards. My Interior Designer is very demanding and experienced in the building trades and she found them a pleasure to work with. I really enjoyed the entire process and I am very happy with the results of their work.

I can't say enough about 21 Renovations. Great communication, outstanding service and quick turnaround. I did a major renovation of my 19-year old condo. It included full kitchen and bath as well full walls and flooring. Sasha and his contractors have done a superb job. I can't recommend Sasha highly enough for any level of remodeling.

Sasha and his team converted a workshop into a home gym. The project was done professionally, completed on time and on budget. They were very professional while on site and made sure things were left clean and tidy when they left for the day.

I have done my first reno with these guys in 2006, so that's just about 10 years that I've known them, and have used them since a number of times for projects big and small. Just recently i used 21 renovations and worked closely with Sasha to build my house in Langley where i now live. They managed the whole project and I am glad I chose them because during the course of 2015 i got to know them even better and have come to appreciate the complexities of the business, the attention to detail that is required, and the hard work they put into it. But most importantly I could trust them and they delivered on time and budget again. 10/10.. highly recommended.

Very professional and organized. Experience was obvious as the job was handled quickly and to a high standard. This is the second time we used Sasha and he will be our first call for Ikea kitchen installs.

We hired Sasha shortly after meeting with him. He was great to work with and provided lots of details and information. We liked his approach and his workmanship. Our project was fairly large and consisted of several structural elements. We opted to go with high end finishes and it coincided nicely with Sasha's style, which is more high end. If you're looking for great workmanship and consistency then 21 Renovations is for you!
