Good construction but untimely and incomplete installation. The owner does not stay on top of details signed for in the design contract. Told us the work was fully completed when it was not. Instead of completing the work, sent unprofessional, offensive email saying he was done with the project. The owner talks a good talk, but cannot be relied on to manage his schedule or installation or complete the work as contracted.

Normally, we would bend over backwards to make sure our clients are delighted with the end result of a project. This particular client, started expecting freebies and became aggressive and difficult to work with. Unfortunately, there comes a time when a line needs to be drawn and I wasn’t willing to work with her any further.
