Seattle Style Remodel

My experience with SRR and Mark Ohashi was great. I would highly recommend them for any construction project. He and his crew are very professional and skilled and are easy to communicate with and offer good problem solving abilities. There is nothing I would change in our project as it was built exactly as planned and even improved with SRR recommendations.

James, Val and the whole crew were great to work with. They did a basement remodel for us at the beginning of the year, and then did a total kitchen remodel for us this fall. From start to finish with both projects they followed through beautifully each step of the way. This was our first time tackling a major remodeling project and I was overwhelmed at times. James was always quick to respond, listen, and talk me through the process while allowing my husband and I to make the final decisions that worked for us. They were patient and accommodating as we changed our minds a few times throughout both projects, for example deciding to extend the new kitchen flooring to the rest of the upstairs and altering lighting plans. The few times we ran into unexpected hiccups, the team came up with creative solutions. I would highly recommend SSR. Great work and a great team!

James is wonderful to work with. Very accessible and helpful. His staff is great to be with in our home and used the same for each project which is really nice. Very pleased with the work and was always available to correct any problems if occurred to make it right

My wife and I were lucky to meet James Ohashi, as part of Seattle Style Remodel, who has been an unbelievable person to work with. He’s really made the process easy. SSR is extremely professional and fair. The entire experience has been transparent and collaborative. We’ve especially been appreciative of the proactive input to both design and budget. It’s been a very personalized journey and we will continue to use SSR for our future needs.

SSR did a remodel of a small bathroom which included gutting and replacing old pipes, removing a bathtub, installing a tiled walk-in shower and floor, and a new vanity. The work was superb. James Ohashi provided excellent communication throughout the project. We would recommend SSR to anyone!

James and the team at Seattle Style Remodel were a pleasure to work with. The communication was clear, timeline was kept to, work site kept clean and we always felt comfortable with the people that were in our home. The transformation of our bathroom was fantastic!

We needed a remodel of our master bath and bedroom. James helped us decide our design and had all the connections for purchasing materials. James worked closely with us and was very responsive to our needs, anytime I called him he answered in a timely manner. Everyone that we worked with was friendly, courteous, helpful and dependable. Val did most of the actual construction with his helper, they are both respectful and perfectionists, which is just what we wanted. They always checked with us before making any changes as working within an existing footprint has it's challenges. I would definitely recommend SSR for remodel projects you may have.

I had Seattle Style Remodel redo my kitchen and 2-1/2 baths. In my master bath they removed a soaking tub and had to completely rebuild a shower. We also painted the vanity, replaced sinks and counter tops, faucets, light fixtures, put in new toilets, painted walls and put in a new floor. The job was absolutely amazing. I feel like a queen every time I step in my shower. In the kitchen we repainted existing cupboards, replaced sink and fixtures, painted walls, put in new countertops and flooring. All in all the work done here was so much greater than I ever could have imagined. The workers were all very good at their respective jobs and did their work with a very professional attitude. My contractor James was here as often as possible and when not here was in daily contact checking with me on the project. I was told by many people not to expect a contractor to be finished when they say they will be BUT Seattle Style Remodel, James and all his workers proved everyone wrong and were finished only 1/2 day later than the original finish date which was mostly for last minute walk through and touch ups. I was very happy with everyone who worked here and especially thrilled with my new rooms! I would not hesitate in the least to recommend Seattle Style Remodel to anyone looking for a great company with amazing work ethics and abilities.

We hired Seattle Style Remodel to remodel our house in Bellevue. The project added 1000+sf new space. The existing space was reconfigured with new windows, staircase, kitchen, bathrooms, and floors. Mark and his team did a great job finishing the work on time. They provided detailed plan of work needed to be done. If there was any change, they always consulted us beforehand. They gave plenty of time for us to shop for cabinets, floor materials, etc. We are very happy with the finishing. Now 3 years passed, we have not found any defects. Great work!

Seattle Style Remodel did a great job. We love our new addition. Mark was really patient with us, answering all our questions and helping us through the remodel process. We highly recommend them for big or small jobs.
