I'm in the construction industry and partnered with Shaddock Caldwell back in March. The partnership has gone very well. They have been highly professional and great to work with.

Shaddock Caldwell did a wonderful job building our family’s home. This was the first house we have ever built, and the team guided us through every step of the way from design to construction. They were flexible in researching and building new ideas and features for our home. They focus on partnering with high quality subcontractors, and you can tell the difference in the final product. Most important, they work hard to deliver the home on time at the price agreed upon. They have the rare characteristic for a homebuilder that you can communicate with them directly and transparently, and you get the feeling they want to understand you and build you a home, not just a house. Even after delivery, you can count on them to fulfill warranty promises. The outcome of a high quality home perfect for our family is a result of the collective employees’ commitment to excellence and integrity, and we would build with the team again in a second.

Ben and Todd are some of the most positive people you will ever work with. They are very team oriented and strive to come up with solutions when there is a calling. Carla - We were so blessed to have had her working at the trailer that late MLK evening. She was such a gem; She sat with us in every design meeting and carefully listened to all things we wanted to discuss. Ashley has been so helpful on all fronts no matter the task big or small; and her sweet spunky personality is to adore! Julie is an exceptional designer and will advocate for you every step of the way and is so fun to work with. She is definitely not just a "pillow-puffer" - She KNOWS construction like a boss! Frank is a super knowledgable builder and is great at communicating with clients. Chris is very hands-on and has no problem filling in wherever there is a need. John has many years in construction and has lots of great "nuggets" of knowledge to share about home building. Doug is a top-notch closer. He is very attentive to all the details and makes lists on paper to ensure nothing gets missed - he is a critical piece to the puzzle. Richelle, Trisha and Linda - They are like the secret agents; you don't see them much, but they are the glue in this operation! We are SO happy with our new home! Thank you SC - We did it!

Outstanding builder. Todd and Ben were great to work with. We asked them to build a home that was more contemporary than any of their previous projects. They were impressively thorough and diligent throughout the concept and building process. Two years after the home was completed, I can say that they lived up to their word in completing everything that was promised during the 1 year warranty period. Only the best builders can claim this. They have earned their reputation, and I would choose them again if I had to choose a professional to build my home.
