We hired Shawme Hill Corp. for our kitchen and bath renovation. Kevin and his team were amazing. Kevin was always available, communicative, and offered great insight. His team was very accommodating with our schedule and always left our home immaculate. Their craftsmanship is second to none! The kitchen and bathroom far exceeded our expectations. I would hire Shawme Hill again in a heartbeat!

Kevin was excellent in completely remodeling our vacation home on the Cape. All rooms were redone and a full bath was added in the basement. Kevin was professional, easy to work with, listened well to our needs and offered great advices and ideas along the way. Kevin of Shawme Hill Corporation oversaw the renovation and conversion of our 2 small 1 bedroom 50s cottages to 1 perfect modern beach home. It was a considerable project but Kevin, his crew, and his vendors saw the entire process through. His quotes were clear and concise. We had some additional costs that are par for the course for such a big renovation. We felt informed and included in all decision making. Kevin made himself available for questions and updates on the progress whenever we needed him. I would highly recommend Shawme Hill for a variety of renovations as they did great with our comprehensive job.

Kevin and crew remodeled an existing master bathroom and closet, gutting what was there, creating a new entry, removing an existing shower and bathtub, creating a new walk in shower, new huge bathroom closet and rearranging existing master bedroom closet to make better use of the space. The workmanship is good. Kevin and his crew were easy to work with, from planning through to completion. The work was done on time and very close to initial budget (because you always make changes along the way). I am very happy with the completed project and highly recommend Shawme Hill Corp.

My husband and I highly recommend Kevin and Shawme Hill Corp. They redid two bathrooms, making one ADA accessible with walk-in/roll-in shower, new laundry system, and one bathroom completely updated. This included tile work, construction of new walls, removal of a window and exterior re-shingle. Installation of all new cabinetry and appliances in the bathroom and a unique and beautiful back splash using Portuguese tiles we had been hanging on to for over 20 years.. Kevin's tiler, Joe, and his associates, were absolute masters at making the tiles fit and look perfect. The shower walls, and floors are also works of art. Kevin's electrician, Adam, did a fabulous job installing new recessed lighting, a new electric panel and bring all the electric work up to code. Kevin's painter Flaviano, did a wonderful job, very neat. About half way through the project, I asked Kevin to have hardwood floors installed in the upstairs, about 750 sq. feet, instead of replacing the carpet. Kevin rolled with it and found a good deal for us. We are thrilled with the new floors. Indeed, we basically have a new home! Light, bright, airy and functional. Kevin monitored everything, went with us to choose tile, cabinets, flooring, and was always available. We left for six weeks when the work began, and Kevin did the impossible, completing almost all of the entire project in that time. Kevin's pricing was more than competitive with other builders. Kevin is a local contractor, and is a true master. We looked at other larger companies, but they were all lacking in something. The one thing that we feared was that we would encounter "Cape Cod Time." With Kevin, there was absolutely none of that. In fact, people have remarked on the speed with which he completed all of this. There were just a few final things to work on when we returned unexpectedly early, and now, as the holidays approach rapidly, we are glowing with happiness.

Kevin, Mike, and Cam are craftsmen. I am particular -- they are MORE particular! Their attention to detail meant that everything was done as close to perfection as possible that a 1925 summer cottage remodel would allow. They took on a kitchen, sunroom, and living room remodel that involved shoring up the foundation, leveling floors, and wall removal. As happy as I am with the finished product I actually was sad to see them go. I am moving on and remodeling the second floor of this beautifully situated, but under maintained cottage and will be using them again. Hire Shawme Hill and you will be so glad you did! Thanks guys!

It is with great pleasure my husband and I highly recommend Shawme Hill Corp. The job required relocation of a bathroom so that the kitchen could be expanded and completely redone and a laundry room added. From the outset we felt Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and honest about the major project we were to undertake. Immediately upon hiring Kevin he jumped into the job with enthusiasm and professionalism. The project required great communication which was reflected in every facet of the job. Each of the subs that worked on the project were extremely skilled, personable and dependable. Every stage of construction moved along flawlessly. Sensitivity to deadlines and implementation with other contractor's work schedules moved like a well-oiled machine. Kevin was very accommodating any time we spoke. Kevin and his team did a great job on my kitchen. It has changed the way we live in our house. He knocked down walls, added and integrated hardwood floors and did a major electrical update. He was patient as we waited for permits and mistakes in cabinet measurements by the kitchen designer. I really love my kitchen and would highly recommend Shawme Hill!

I used Kevin for a modest kitchen remodel. The work done by his crew and by the subcontractors he chose far exceeded my expectations. The result looks like a higher- end custom kitchen. I received great design and construction advice, guidance on how we could economize, good scheduling and project organization, and excellent finish craftsmanship. A few months later I hired Shawm to do a major master bath remodel and had the exact same results. His plumber, finish carpenters, and especially his tile specialist did a fantastic job.

We have worked with Shawme Hill for a 2014 kitchen renovation and 2017 bathroom renovation. Kevin was very accommodating and professional. We are extremely happy with both jobs.
