Shellback Design Custom Pools

Trey at Shellback Design Custom Pools did a fabulous job on our pool. I spoke with several different builders since I had never bought/owned a pool before and I knew absolutely nothing about them. I’m not the guy that usually shops around and gets several quotes, but I made myself this time to simply learn about the process and learn what different companies were charging. I wasn’t necessarily looking for the absolute cheapest, because I believe in most cases you get what you pay for. I was looking for someone that cared, took the time to explain everything to me, and made me feel like he would provide good service throughout the build process. It was clear to me after talking to 6 different pool builders that I wanted Trey (Shellback Designs) to build our pool. He impressed me with his experience, knowledge and his attention to detail. His 3D digital rendering of our pool and backyard design was far and away better than the other “big companies.” thati received quotes from. Well, I’m glad to report that we made the correct decision…….and the total price actually ended up being one of the cheapest on my list as well. We are super happy with our pool and we constantly see other pools that cost more than what we paid, and in my opinion, don’t compare to the pool that Shellback Design Custom Pools built for us. I couldn’t write a review for Shellback Design Custom Pools if I didn’t mention Jorge. Jorge is the project manager that is at the job from beginning to end everyday. Let me just say Jorge was great!! Very friendly, knowledgeable, funny and just an all around great guy. As excited as we were when the pool was finished last July, we were definitely going to miss seeing our buddy Jorge each day. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Shellback Design. If you are looking to build a pool in the near future, Trey and Shellback Design Custom Pools most definitely needs to be on your short list of custom pool builders to call.

I recently decided to completely redesign my pool. In reviewing pool contractors, a friend of mine suggested Shellback seeing that Shellback had just completed his. His recommendation paid off many times over! Not only was his price reasonable and under budget, Trey personally help design every aspect of it. My pool was a somewhat more challenging than normal, we incorporated a 105" Stealth Acoustic TV that normally is partially below grade and at command it raises 10' above the main water feature. Definitely not a simple task. I highly recommend Shellback as an A+ contractor!
