It was a pleasure working with Charity Keefer as she was very professional and kind. Even though we were in shell shock with all the things that needed to be removed it was a win win situation over all. The person , which purchased our house had seen the original pictures and the staged pictures. I think the contrast between the two sold the house, as they saw what they could have from a design view and from a stage view. The stage viewed allowed them to see what their furnishing would like in the house. Great job and thanks for helping us sell our house.

Charity was a wonderful person to work with. She was very professional and respectful of our needs. She came in looked around. Instructed us as to how she was going to handle things. She had a crew come in on 2 days notice to do some painting. They started on Monday and by Wednesday she and her crew were staging our home. I was amazed at her insight and creativity. I felt like we were on HGTV. It was awesome. I would recommend her 100% to anyone for staging and selling their house. We are going to have her come over and help us decorate our new house. Our house had a contract on it in less then a week!!

Charity and her team are very professional & gifted. The home showed exceptionally well in the MLS & in person with the furnishings & placement of accessories. The first weekend it went into the MLS we had twelve showing & six offers. That's six good offers! We were priced competitive with other homes in the area. We got into a highest & best situation a/k/a a bidding war with the buyers and made $8,000 more than we were asking! There is no doubt in my mind it had to do with the beautiful way the house was staged! Buyers could see themselves living there & had to own this house! Charity & her team are a pleasure to work with. I would strongly recommend them and use them again without any hesitation!
