When the time came for me to sell my business (and our home) and retire, my husband and I decided to stay in the area and build new. Friends of ours recommended Custom Kreations, Inc. to build our retirement home. After seeing examples of their workmanship and talking to Steve and Lisa, we chose to have them build a custom home for us. It was quite possibly one of the best choices we've ever made. The entire process was 'can do'.... the entire team at CKI is a family. They are fantastic active listeners... I was struck by how well they heard what we were trying to express, how they researched and came up with options that reflected what we were looking for... and they had us do our homework as well. The truly 'worked' for us and with us to create a wonderful home. Their craftsmanship is outstanding. They don't settle for anything that is subpar. We got to dream and create with them. What a fabulous experience!

We have had the privilege of Custom Kreations, Inc. build us two homes. Each time they have exceeded all our expectations, they are a family business that puts their heart and soul into each home they build. The Custom Kreations (CK) team was very helpful all during the critical design phase, construction and following up with our questions or concerns involving with slight tweaks after the final project. It was a large project with multiple CK employees/sub-contractors involved. The employees were all polite and professional. For example, we had all of the windows replaced, new wood floors installed, a kitchen remodel, interior painting in all rooms, and two bathrooms redone all completed with approximately 4 weeks. There were a lot of "moving parts" and my husband and I lived in our home during the process.

We've worked with Pat and Steve from Custom Kreations on multiple projects at our home over the past 15 years. From small projects (replacing our service door), through several bathroom remodels, and our three-story, 15'x30' addition; they have helped us through it all. Our first job was a small job, to replace the service door on our garage -- when that went well, a year later we had them remodel a small bathroom. A few years later when we were ready for a massive remodel, we got proposals from several firms -- Custom Kreations came in with great ideas and a competitive price; since our previous dealings with them had been so positive it was a "no brainer". We worked with Custom Kreations on a project that added a large addition on all levels of our house -- it remodeled our kitchen, living room and laundry room, it added a bedroom, bathroom and mudroom. It entailed electrical, plumbing, framing, siding, roofing, tile work, flooring, and cabinetry. Steve and Pat (who was on crutches throughout the project) coordinated it all. Seven year later we are still very satisfied with the project -- so much so that four year later, we had them come and finish up the foyer and our third bathroom! They have a great relationship with their subcontractors -- so they can handle issues that might cause delays or problems. They have always been very responsive -- addressing issues that have arisen after hours. They have hit all deadlines. Steve is great at explaining options and working with our suggestions. Pat quietly takes care of business. We've recommended Custom Kreations to friends and colleagues, all of whom have indicated that they have been very satisfied with the quality of their work.

I can't express enough how wonderful our experience was with Custom Kreations. Our kitchen, small bathroom, and new laundry turned out better than we imagined. Everyone involved was professional and caring. Even with bad weather, things were on time and our home treated with the utmost care and respect. The small bumps we experienced were handled promptly and professionally. A special thanks to Denise who was a pleasure to work with!!
