Budget Blinds of East Mesa

We are incredibly disappointed in the quality of the installation of our blinds. We have owned many homes and never been had such a negative experience with a company. We are not accepting of the response to our concerns. We will not be recommending to our new neighbors who are moving in weekly in Ovation at Meridian. In fact, the opposite. We will warn them not make the same $10,000 mistake we made going with Budget Blinds.

Job was done in a professional manor. We would recommend to others.We will probably get another window done next year.

I had Budget Blinds of East Mesa come out and measure the windows that required new blinds; they came out very quickly. When they were at my house they also recommended the best type of blinds for what my needs and window type were. The quality is great and I would definitely use them again.

I absolutely love the blinds and shades we got from Budget Blinds. Steve is very knowledgeable and provided just the information I needed to make the best selections for our home. Because of the amount of sun we get on the east side of the house, we selected automated interior shades, and we absolutely love them. The top-down/bottom up blinds on our other windows are nifty, and provide both a view of the outdoors and privacy, depending on how we adjust them. It's a perfect solution. When our current windows are replaced in the next month, Steve will take down our current shades, then re-install them as part of his warranty service. This is hands-down the best customer service we have ever had for window treatments.
