Trying to work with this company cost me 2 months of landscape season. First, I waited 1 month for the landscaping plan, which never arrived. After calling them 3 times, the landscape planner said she sent the landscape plan to the wrong email address. She would forward it as soon as she reached her office. Two weeks later she sent a plan which didn’t include the rock attraction, left 9 bushes which I wanted replaced and put crepe myrtles where I had requested evergreens, etc. It had perennial beds which I had emphasized NO PERENNIAL BEDS. I truly thought she had taken notes. In addition, it also left out the entire right side of the house, which was very important. Unfortunately, the lady had experienced 2 deaths during the pandemic, but also we acknowledged our “communication was not working.” I truly wished she had informed me earlier that it just wasn’t going to work. Or, I should have informed her. I’ve now lost 2 months for nothing.

Absolutely fantastic! This project was a great success. We needed a team that would do the work while we were in another state and couldn't be there to do any QCing. And meet a specific timeline; and keep within our budget. From the first time we met our landscape specialist Shelly to the end of the project, we were impressed with her professionalism, enthusiasm, and knowledge. Team Snow Creek listened to us, provided guidance, and ensured a project everyone was proud of. I don't give a lot of 5 stars but Snow Creek earned it.

From the initial assessment and creative and detailed service plan to the professional and faithful execution of the plan, my family and I can't be happier that we chose to engage Snow Creek; and my property has never looked better.

We were incredibly pleased with all the landscaping installed by Snow Creek Landscaping. From the initial landscaping plan and design process, through the final planting of perennial beds and laying of river cobble and flagstones, the work performed and final appearance was exceptional. The professional crew showed up on time, scheduled work days in advance, made helpful suggestions and modifications when necessary, kept a clean work site, and were always polite. It was very evident that the guys really enjoyed their work. We were simply thrilled with the results and we will definitely being using Snow Creek Landscaping for any future maintenance, or other needs that may arise. I highly recommend this company!

I have used Snow Creek twice for design-install projects at a previous residence. They do professional, beautiful work, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who asks!
