I just had new countertops installed in my kitchen and bathroom and I couldn't be happier. We chose Quartz for both and it looks great. The price was decent and the employees were all very nice. I was hesitant when looking at some of the reviews but everything went smoothly and it turned out perfect.

This place was recommended,everything went well our first visit.we picked out our granite and gave them the measurements.Was told we had to pay before they cut the granite. We paid in full, left our kitchen sink along with the measurements.we was told we could pick it up in one week.When we went back they had not cut the granite,was told their delivery truck was there and we couldn’t pick.The third trip there they became really ugly they had not cut it and refuse to give me a refund,We was told to give another $100.00 and their workers would come to my home and cut it. I refused with COVID-19 I didn’t want them in my house . I told them I was getting a lawyer to get my refund.they called on phone later saying we could pickup the next day.When we got there for pickup they refused to load it on the truck.THE LADY CALLING THE SHOTS WAS VERY RUDE AND. NASTY

My recommendation to you is to use a different company if decent service after the sale is important to you. We chose Southern Stone, Inc. based on personal recommendations of 5 couples who are longtime friends. This was against the recommendations of our cabinetry contractor, and with hindsight, we should have listened to him. Starting out they were very helpful, and we found some beautiful quartz for our kitchen remodel. They were very accommodating to let us pick out the perfect slab, the price was right, and they were able to work within our timeframe. Great! More hindsight, while closing the deal my husband witnessed poor customer service on their part by not supporting their service after a sale. A customer was there in person and was irate. They apologized to us saying they were sorry we “had to witness that“, and acted as if the person had no grounds to complain. Big red flag in hindsight. Then came installation day. They arrived on time. One spoke some English. Then they inadvertently dropped the biggest piece onto the silicone before it was lined up and in place. It took all 4 guys and all the force they could muster to lift it back off the adhesive and straighten it out. Okay, all straight now. Then they were getting ready to leave, and one of the workers yanked hard on the cord of a power tools. The kitchen had just been completely rewired so the outlet was tight and likely had never been used. Well, this caused the electrical outlet to flash up and burn the wall! They said the office would take care of it, but that my husband had to sign the paper they wanted. They left, and my DH called their office. By then we had noticed a fair-sized dent in our new dishwasher that had just been delivered in perfect shape 2 days prior. It was directly in front of where the men were using all their strength and leverage trying to re-lift off the stuck-down stone to reposition it. They had to have bumped it with a tool or with their knees and they were large fellas. We do have photos of the before and after on both issues. Hubby called their office right after the crew left to discuss the outlet, burned wall, and now the dented dishwasher. The rep who helped us with the sale quickly got very defensive and told him he signed the paper saying that everything was done to his satisfaction, and that it’s not their fault the outlet blew or the dishwasher had a dent. They can’t be held responsible because he signed the paperwork! The rep was VERY helpful during the sale, quickly became defensive and condescending trying to “explain” to him and me how we were wrong and they are not liable. We spoke with them several times to get them to accept ownership of their mistakes and make it right. No go. They did assure me that the crew was “their guys” and not a sub. Yiu would think they would honor and repair any damage claims made by “their own”. Nope. The rep didn’t even care that they were recommended to us by prior clients, and they do not care about their reputation as a company. So, our out of pocket costs to repair the wall, just our time and some leftover paint. Electrician by the hour to fix the outlet, $100 per hour and more of our time. New front panel for the dishwasher, even more of our time, waiting on shipment and installation, and cost TBD expected at $150+.

I just had my kitchen countertops installed by Southern Stone Cabinet and Granite and I could not be happier. The counters are gorgeous and the installers were wonderful. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves they also showed me what I needed to do to maintain them. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

I had a quartz counter top installed in my kitchen around 35 sq ft. They did an excellent job, All issues were resolved.

We were pleased with the service and price from Southern Stone. The job was completed in less than one week of visiting the showroom for substantially less than any other bids.

I have remodeled two bathrooms this year and I chose the granite for my bathroom vanities and for the tub surrounds at Southern Stone Inc. The staff was extremely helpful in the selection process. They arrived on time to measure and make the templates for the countertops. Installation went smoothly and and we are very pleased with the final results. I would recommend this company to my friends who are building or remodeling

Southern Stone installed our granite countertop in our kitchen. They had a large selection to choose from and the prices were very reasonable. The staff in the showroom were very knowledgeable of the product and the person who came out to do the FREE measuring and quote was very professional. The demo and the installation went real smooth and the installers left my home clean of all debris when they left. The only complaint or issue that might not have gone as planned was the tile guy for the back splash. We had to wait an additional day for him to finish and fortunately, I was able to plan around that. But the backsplash turned out great.

Installed someone else's granite in my kitchen. However they reinstalled my granite quickly and did a great job. No complaints on the redo. The other customer had cancelled their order. I was at work the day of installation and found the mistake when I arrived home!

We remodeled a kitchen and two baths in granite. The people at Southern Stone could not have been any more professional and accommodating. The salespeople worked hard to get get us the color and look we wanted, purchasing was easy. Even the shop employees took great pride in the way our job was going to turn out, to look the way we wanted. One of the slabs had a small defect, which I don't think I would have ever noticed, but it was not good enough for them. On cutting day they asked us to come to the shop and check out the problem. It was fixed with extra effort on their part. I call that good service. Installation went great also. Not one bump in the road on this purchase, I wish the rest of the project had gone as well as this one!

Beautiful counters. Only 1 seam in kitchen and other companies wanted to make 3 cuts. Everyone involved was professional and courteous. Would highly recommend.

I have nothing but pleasant experience with this company. Excellent work at very reasonable price. Will hire them again for future projects.
