There are few interior designers that I admire more than Vicky. Her gorgeous designs are immaculate and inspiring. She offers exceptional customer service since her talent lies in her eye as well as her professionalism. She is kind, timely and dedicated to every project she invests her time in. I would consider anyone lucky to have the opportunity to work with an interior designer of her calibre. I have no doubt that you will be consistently impressed time and time again.

Being a resource for Southern Studios is always a great experience. Their organization and communication ensure projects go smoothly. It has been my pleasure to support them when needed with functional window treatment solutions.

The designers at Southern Studios are remarkable. It was a pleasure working with Martha and Julia on our home and we couldn't be happier with the results. We would definitely use them again if we were to move. I've included some before and after pictures below so one can understand the scope of work which was done. I wish I could include more pictures of just how beautiful everything is after the work Martha and Julia did.

Working with Vicky Serany and the Southern Studio team was the best decision we made in building our new beach house - if I could I would give them 10 stars! Originally hired for help with interior and exterior selections, lighting, paint colors, flooring, tile, counter tops, and cabinets, we were so impressed we also utilized their expertise for all interior furnishings and accessories. Their approach to all of this made it super easy and the outcome is simply beautiful! We even won top Beach House Award during the 2016 Parade of Homes for Brunswick County. They really listened to us to create a home that matched our style. They were always accessible and professional meeting all deadlines and staying within our budget. They made multiple trips to the coast to help plan, measure and make selections. Without reservation I highly recommend Southern Studio Interior Design!

My husband and I wanted a complete redo to our family room and we knew we would need some help in putting together the look we were striving for. I did some research and decided on Southern Interior Design. They were a joy to work with and Martha was fantastic! We didn't feel any pressure to make our room into something she wanted, but making it our own. We are so happy and would definitely recommend them!

We are building a second home on Bald Head Island. We have a great architect and a reputable, high quality builder. I didn't think we needed any more help, but my husband insisted. What was I thinking??? Vicky, Julia, Martha and Krista have added so much to the entire process! From the design of our home, to the selection of everything interior (I.e., Quartz counters, tile, paint colors, lighting, furnishings and fabrics) their input has been invaluable. They have helped me makes wise choices, always with an eye on our budget. The end product is unfolding in amazing ways and we could not be happier. I will never take on a project again without them!

Everyone says that building a home is a hard task. I cannot attest to this because Vicky and her team made the process seem easy. Vicky and her team at Southern Studio Interior Design are fabulous to work with. Vicky helped me with my home from the very beginning from picking the color of the roof (Who knew a roof could come in so many different color), to bathroom design, tile, lighting, granite, paint, door color to the furnishings in my family room and kitchen. I just could not have completed this daunting task without her. She was just simply wonderful to work with. Her attention to detail is impeccable. She is meticulous, honest, has a great since of style, can work with any style, and does not push her personal style on you. I would tell Vicky a description of what I desired and she would hit it right on the nose. I have received so many compliments on my home. She will work with any budget. My pictures are featured on her (Living the Dream in Wake Forest) I would not pass up the chance to work with this award winning designer. I will ONLY use Southern Studio Interior Design in any future endeavor. I recommend Southern Studio Interior Design without any reservations.

We hired Southern Studio Interior Design to help us with our kitchen and main living level remodel. Our home was not initially built to accommodate a family of six, and therefore we had storage issues that needed to be addressed. Our house wasn't going to get any bigger, therefore we really needed to maximize the space that we had to work with. Martha and Vicki came up with a wonderful design that was not only functional, but beautiful as well. These ladies were so much fun to work with that the process that I initially had dreaded turned out to be one I truly enjoyed. I felt like they really understood what we were trying to accomplish and made it happen. I highly recommend them if you are considering any type of interior design project. They were so organized that even our contractor loved them. I am looking forward to working with them again soon.

Southern Studio was an absolute pleasure to work with on all fronts. The cost for their services was clearly set in the beginning. Vicky and team set expectations on all areas so we were not left wondering what was included and what was not included. Open, insightful, creative, timely and responsive are all adjectives that come to mind when describing our interaction. Given the challenge of pulling together a whole house on a budget and the time required to be successful at it (if you are lucky), bringing Vicky and her team on board is a no brainer.

This is a very knowledgeable company. They have great designs and ideas. I will be on the lookout for many more great designs and ideas from them.
