We recently moved to Rhode Island and feel so fortunate to have found and contracted Bob for our basement finishing project (~1100 sq ft). Bob was straight forward, knowledgeable, professional, reliable, and responsive. He communicated well, listened, made good suggestions, stayed on budget and schedule, and did excellent work. Bob, his crew, and his subcontractors were all pleasant and positive. We are grateful for their effort and are very happy with the way our basement turned out. Bob has done two projects at my summer home in S. Kingstown RI. The first a new formal front porch and interior upgrades in 2018. The second a two-car garage and four room addition to my home .In both cases Bob personally determined a detailed scope of work ,developed cost estimates for construction and project schedules . In all aspects of work ,cost and schedule he was spot on .There were literally no change orders or additional costs except for extra work that I requested . Bob was on the job and was involved in all aspects as they progressed . He commonly went beyond the required scope of work to improve the end product with a sense of pride .I highly recommend Spagnolo homes . My only reluctance in making this recommendation is it could result in Bob having more work and being less available for my future projects .

Spagnolo Homes is an excellent contractor. They have done two projects in our home, several years apart. One was a complete replacement of a large walk-in cedar closet in our basement, which needed to be rebuilt after a devastating flood.
