We used Spectrum for a kitchen remodel, which also included remodeling some of the surrounding spaces. We met with our designer and shared our desires for the space as well as some pictures and let them get to work. Our designer proposed several options for layout and worked with us to tweak the design until we were happy. She also provided several options every time we needed to select finishes, which let us control the look and feel throughout the process. We worked with them from concept to design and even construction. It was great to have such a full service option so that we didn't have to coordinate contraction or handle unexpected surprises. The construction crew were respectful of our schedules and belongings and kept the workspace clean.

What a wonderful experience we had working with Spectrum Design Group. They were incredibly easy to work with. Kept to our schedule, and worked with us on all the details that concerned us. We appreciated their drawings and the three-dimensional models they used to help us understand how the space would change with different design options. They priced the design and construction expenses and we came in within budget. Overall, an outstanding experience. I recommend Spectrum Design Group with considerable enthusiasm.

I chose Spectrum to do several renovations on a condo I purchased in 2019. This included redoing two bathrooms, changing kitchen countertops and backsplash, redoing the floors everywhere and re-painting every wall. I was extremely impressed with Spectrum Design Group. They were extremely organized and methodical and gave very realistic cost estimates. They worked with me to come up with a design that fits my preferred aesthetic while remaining under budget. Once everything was ready they found contractors to perform the renovations and supervised to make sure everything was running smoothly and done correctly. Highly recommended!

We worked with Cory Rodeheaver at Spectrum Design Group on the design for a full remodel of our kitchen. It involved removing an exterior door to the kitchen to greatly improve functionality. Cory did a great job taking our ideas and style and turning them into a beautiful design. We loved that we didn't have to look through hundreds of choices for tiles and cabinets: Cory presented us with just a few high quality selections. We worked with Jeff Kaper throughout the project management/construction phase. He kept the project moving, managed all of the people coming in and out of the house, and kept the project in budget. Jeff is a pleasure to work with -- he listens and pays attention to each detail. We felt that the communication with/among the contractors could have been improved, and the project took longer than projected, but we are very happy with the new kitchen. The kitchen is much nicer than we thought possible in the small space and we are enjoying it every day. Highly recommended!

I could not have been more pleased with the outcome of my interior design project. It exceeded my expectations and all I can say is WOW! Dawn Bane, the principal designer on my project, is fabulous in every way. She is incredibly talented, very professional and exceedingly personable. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her. Her enthusiasm for my project made me feel like she was as excited about the outcome as I was. She instinctively understood what I wanted, even though I wasn’t sure what I wanted, and she managed to seamlessly transform and update my upstairs bathroom, while maintaining the integrity and spirit of my 1927 bungalow. The space she created is beautiful, functional and timeless. My project consisted of gutting the upstairs bathroom and busting out a bedroom wall to put the new bathtub/shower in the bedroom closet. Then, they had to rebuild a new closet in my bedroom and patch the hole in the wall, where the old closet used to reside. The new closet looks like it was original to the home. In fact, every detail from the tile to the shower/bath door to the fixtures and the lighting are so beautiful I can't believe it is my home. Dawn is gifted at choosing wall color too. Throughout the remodel, I had four rooms repainted. Who knew something as simple as the right color on the walls could make me fall in love with my home again. The wall color she chose has transformed the atmosphere and now I readily want to spend time in these “new” spaces. I also want to mention that the entire Team at Spectrum Design is wonderful to work with. They all confer with each other, so it is like you are getting three designers in one. And last, but not least, the team of people Spectrum Design uses to implement their design work are wonderful too. It is difficult to have a lot of individuals coming in and out of your house for weeks, when you don't know them. By the time the project was over, I felt like her team were friends. We worked with Cory Rodeheaver at Spectrum Design Group on our renovation, which included a complete overhaul of one bathroom, updating a 1980s addition to match the 1920s Craftsman bungalow style of the house, adding a fireplace and built in bookshelves, as well as numerous other updates. We couldn't have been happier with working with Cory or the outcome of the renovations, which were beautiful, on time, and in budget. During the design phase, Cory provided us with design ideas that matched our aesthetic and budget, worked quickly to make any requested adjustments, and suggested innovative solutions and ideas to improve the functionality and look of our house. Cory also oversaw the renovation itself, including hiring and overseeing the contractors (who were also really great), managing the timeline, and ensuring that the work was done properly. As we were not in town during the renovations, I truly don't know what we would have done without Cory - he kept us up to speed on progress, got our input on any decisions that needed to be made, and was willing to meet with us in person or chat on the phone whenever necessary. Cory has great attention to detail, was dedicated to ensuring the project came out just how we wanted, and was very pleasant to work with. We can't recommend Cory and Spectrum highly enough and plan to work with him again in the future!

We highly recommend Jeff, Steve, and the Spectrum Design team. We hired them for a complete kitchen remodel and to update the interior of our home. We were extremely pleased and impressed with the high level of professionalism yet personal attention to details. They listened to our ideas and worked diligently to create a beautiful yet practical kitchen that fit our style and complemented the rest of our home’s renovated interior.

Cory Rodeheaver at Spectrum Design Group did an excellent job in designing our extensive home remodeling project. It involved a major change in one wing of our home with complete demolition, then rebuilding/relocating elements of the bedroom, a full bath and and a half bath, laundry area, closets, and hallways. Cory communicated well with us and we are very pleased with the result of the project -- we now have a functional and beautiful master bedroom with walk-in closet/dressing room and posh master bathroom, separate laundry room, and updated half bath. We felt that communication with/among the contractors could have been improved, but we are very happy with the overall outcome. In retrospect, I was always in a sense struggling with poorly functioning spaces before the remodel. Now all is calm and beautiful.

Spectrum Design Group did a fantastic job of renovating my kitchen. Cory was great to work with. He listened carefully, answered all my questions, communicated well by telling me what to expect and when and then about each phase of the project. He attended to every detail and as a result I have a beautiful kitchen that looks and functions just as I had hoped. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

When we downsized to a condo, we had limited room but needed to carve out a corner so my husband had office space. We worked with Cory at Spectrum, and he was able to carve out part of our loft that worked perfectly. We have functioning office space with beautiful cabinetry, countertop and floating shelves. It's the best space. Thank you, Cory and Jeff. We love it!

Spectrum Design Group is fantastic! They are creative, responsive, resourceful, and talented! What more could you ask for?! They have designed two mid-century modern bathrooms, a bedroom, and created more storage spaces, and I'm very pleased! Projects are completed on time and in budget too.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Dawn Bane of Spectrum Design Group for an update to our home including new flooring, painting, lighting, kitchen counters, and backsplash. It was evident from our initial consult that Dawn had a keen eye for design, texture, and color, but what also came through was her warm personality, professionalism, and attention to detail. She listened to and refined our objectives, kept in mind the architectural style of our home, offered insight to her beautiful design choices, provided regular updates and prompt replies to our questions, and coordinated contractors effortlessly. From start to finish, Dawn relieved any renovation stress with her patience, communication, and design expertise. We were also made to feel that our project had her utmost attention, and not only felt welcomed by the other members of the Spectrum team, but reassured that any unusual question or circumstance would be discussed by the team and easily answered or resolved. The finished update was beyond our expectations!
