My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

This is a great local Remodeling and Restoration company serving in Vail, Avon, Edwards, Eagle, Minturn and surrounding resort mountain communities. They have done numerous remodeling of custom homes. Their work is excellent and meticulous. For repairing a water damage or fire damage home, SRE Building Associates is an excellent choice.

SRE Building Associates is a great team to work with. They are extremely efficient and professional through the construction process. They work hard, respond quickly and have the knowledge necessary to complete high end remodels. When surprises arise they quickly readjust to stay on track with the desired schedule and budget. We would highly recommend them!

SRE Builders is a team of highly professional individuals. Together we did a full scale remodel in Vail, CO. The project turned out beautifully and on budget. The client was extremely pleased. The punch list was minimal. It was a total success. I would recommend SRE Builders for any future project that I can!

Easy to work with, even when things come up or go wrong. Honest to a fault. Well organized to be responsive and timely. Quality and details in workmanship are important to them. Transparent in bookkeeping. Easily accessible on a moment's notice. Works amazingly well with designer and with subs. Terrific follow-through. Genuine interest in my happiness. As enthusiastic about the outcome as I am. I have already recommended them to another owner who has hired them, and I would definitely hire them again. Mine was a full 2-story condo remodel after a fire, where we gutted the entire place, moved the plumbing walls, removed lots of walls and ceilings, and used very artistic designs.

Commented: Vanity wood and stainThe vanity cabinet is Alder wood with a 1/2 fruitwood stain and Van Dyke Brown glaze by Custom Cupboards cabinetry.
