Amazing! The entire Starwood team went above and beyond! Jason and Tanner made sure all the of the construction went so smoothly and Stacey and Kaydee made the selections process so enjoyable! I consider the entire Starwood family friends and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! If I ever build another home, I will definitely use Starwood!!

Our family had an absolutely horrendous experience building a home with Starwood. We definitely do NOT recommend their services or to build your dream home with them!!

After considering several builders to construct our dream home, we ended up picking Starwood because of everyone who told us their integrity was unmatched. We got to witness this first hand as we built during 2021/2022 with the supply and labor shortages in full swing. Somehow they were still able to complete the build by the original expected completion date. Very impressed by Michael, Jason, Trent, Denise, and the entire Starwood team for their unbelievable commitment to quality, integrity, and taking care of their customers.

We are very happy with our choice to use Starwood to build our custom home. They were the only builder who took the time to work with us to build our dream home within our budget. We broke ground in September of 2020 and had our challenges along the way (pandemic, labor and material shortages, price hikes) but Starwood was able to deliver on their promises and complete our home. The process was not without some issues but we were constantly kept in the loop and made to feel important. Big shout out to Trent Duncan, Daniel Haber and Stacey Permana. Trent took control of our project after a prolonged delay and despite all our challenges pushed the project to completion and always addressed all our concerns with positivity and a smile. Daniel Haber is an exceptional project manager. Daniel stepped in at a low point in our project and tirelessly pushed our project to completion. He always represented our best interest and treated our home and concerns with top priority. Stacey held my hand through design selections and was amazing at keeping me on task and entertaining all my design ideas. This house truly took a village to build and we were pleased we chose Starwood to be our builder.

We stumbled upon Starwood a couple years ago when a friend recommended them as the #1 builder in AZ. We were so happy with the service we received from the moment we made the phone call with Mark, to the amazing team we were given to complete our home. Jason, Stacey and David were all phenomenal to work with. We developed such an easy rapport with them, that I can truly call them family. Every detail of our home was addressed in a timely manner and the strenuous nature of building a custom home was made seamless by Starwood’s experience in the business. My husband and I were amazed at how quickly we were able to move into our dream home, given the delays during the pandemic; but our project managers were exceptional at finishing the job. We love our home so much that we have already recommended Starwood to several friends. We are grateful to have chosen Starwood as our builder and truly are blessed to live in our beautiful home!

Absolute pass on this company. I hired them build my new 6K+ SQFT house and it has been nothing but a disaster. They will smile and pitch you a great pitch, Jake the owner will give you the "rah rah, we always take care of our owners". However, they have ZERO pride in workmanship. They will take every short cut the can, from the foundation out of level, horrible framing, nightmare multi-sliders, failure to install windows correctly, stucco finish that looks like they hired a two year old, paint that peels off the door, electrical issues everywhere. The use the cheapest subs they can find, who then hire piece meal labors. They will sent you a change order for EVERYTHING, their cost allowances are under priced by 40-60% so be prepaid to pay at least 20% over the contract price. Before you sign a multi million dollar contract with them reach out to me and we can have a long talk, share pictures and come walk my house. Avoiding this company will save you a lot of pain and heartache.

Starwood helped my husbands dream home become a reality. Thanks to the team Jason, Glen & Stacey for all of their hard work toward this project. Jason & Glen were always willing to help. I can't say enough how amazing it was having Stacey on board towards the end of the project. Couldn't have done it without her!!!!

We just completed the house build by Starwood Custom Homes. We have been impressed by the honesty, hard work, professionalism of the Starwood team including CEO Jake Simonton , Project Director David Allen and supervisors Cooper, Robert Mulky and Stacy. They have completed this big project two months earlier than the given time. They guided, helped us at each step of the build with Courtney and patience. I highly recommend the Starwood Custom Homes to anyone who wants to build a quality custom home of his dreams!

It’s been nearly 3 years since we moved into our Starwood home. We continue to be blown away by the ongoing commitment they show their clients, long after they’ve completed the work. I still, to this day, text our project manager, David Allen for random questions or to ask for help that only he could assist with. He knows our home as well as we do (probably better than we do) and is always quick to pick up the phone or come to our house to help in any way he can. He assured us way back when we moved in, that just because the project is done, he is always a phone call or text away if we need him. I joked 3 years ago that he would regret saying such things, but it is so comforting that we can reach out at anytime. We’ve never been “just another client” with Starwood. Each employee we’ve worked with has been so accommodating. From first walking in to meet with Roger Lewis, to construction with David Allen, and post-construction with Mike Wolfe- they’ve all gone above and beyond over the years to make sure we are completely satisfied and taken care of. If we ever build again, it will absolutely be with the Starwood family. They make the entire building process fun, easy, and stress-free and truly care about their clients and their needs. I can’t imagine going through the process without them.

Starwood helped design and build a beautiful home that really came out perfect! We have been in our house over a year and have literally had no issues - the quality and attention to detail along with continuing customer service was first class. Thanks to Mark, Chris and Rick for making the experience special.
