We started with Steve back in 2012 when he came to our home and walked through all the options for blinds as we were adding or replacing throughout our house. On those few occasions that we have had an issue with any of the blinds, Steve has been prompt and accommodating to see what was needed and quick to fix it. Amazingly, we had broken a piece on a large blind in our kitchen which we had purple purchased nearly 5 years ago and fully expected we would need to pay for the repair. Instead, Steve showed up with a brand-new blind this morning still completely covered by our warranty! I highly recommend both the products and the service you will receive from The Blind Man.

I chose the Blind Man mainly from Angie's List because of their A+ ratings and because it was a family owned business in Carmel. We are new to Carmel and I like to keep my business local. Their task was to clean and repair & blinds in a bonus room that is now a home office. They arrived promptly, were very polite and professional. They take the blinds off-site to clean and return same day to re-install. If you have blinds that can/need to be cleaned, don't look any further as this is the company to use. Of course when we are ready to have new blinds installed, I will definitely use The Blind Man for this service as well.

I have used The Blind Man twice in the past year or so to provide shutters for two rooms in my home. Both times I called Steve, made an appointment for him to come out and measure, and when the shutters were ready, they were installed promptly (today by Sam and Nick,) who did a professional job! The shutters look great and my husband and I are pleased with the overall look and function. I would highly recommend The Blind Man.....extremely pleasant, punctual service, quality product, and reasonable price.
