Deb helped us source a piece of quartzite to replace a defective piece that was in the house we purchased. She took the time to find some replacement pieces in our area, set up an appointment for us to go see them and then coordinated the replacement and install. We are very happy with the customer service and the quality of the work. We have worked with Deb before on two other projects and would recommend her company to others.

There were extensive delays with my kitchen counter installation, very poor communication skills by the company (I had to consistently chase to have install dates and information related to when the job would be completed) and ultimately damage done to my brand new kitchen cabinets by Fox Cities Stone Worx during their installation, as well as dings to the walls when the countertops were finally installed. 3 mos. passed and the vender has still not provided compensation for the damages caused and has ignored my communications. Absolutely would not recommend. Find another company that merits your business.

When we were building our new home, I had some very definite ideas about colors and the vibe I wanted. I told Deb the colors I was looking for and my vision for the house, and within days, she found the perfect marble. The staff did a wonderful job on the install - everything appears seamless! Almost everyone that comes to our home comments about our kitchen counters - how beautiful they are and how well they fit with the rest of the house. I highly recommend Deb and the crew at Fox Cities Stone Worx!

We have had the Stoneworx complete 3 projects for us and the outcome has been terrific! They are currently doing a fourth. One project had a few bumps along the way but, they worked hard to remedy the situation and still completed on time. A special thanks to Deb and your associates for the tremendous kitchen counter top update. We were looking at getting the kitchen countertops completed before the holidays. It was our fault for waiting to the last minute to have this done So after checking around we found that this looked like this was not going to happen until we stopped into the Fox Cities Stoneworx. Deb with the help of her team members put together a great deal while at there show room to help with all the selections and idea's and was able to squeeze us in before the holidays. Thanks Deb for making it a great holiday for us and making our kitchen look new again.

We had granite counter tops installed in our kitchen and with so many slabs of granite to choose from Deb and her staff were extremely helpful in assisting us with the best selection for our kitchen. When the crew arrived to install our new counter tops they were very friendly and were focused on a quality and professional installation of our new counter tops in a timely manner.

We built a new home with Deb as our designer and supplier for countertops. She ultimately provided input into many other design decisions. She also assisted in problem resolution in areas outside the scope of her work. She is great to work with. We would definitely select Stoneworx again.

We did a complete master bath remodel, removing built in Shower/ tub and replacing it with a full walk in shower with bench, shelves and two heads. We replaced all vanities with granite. We also fully remodeled a 1/2 bath, and refaced a kitchen feature wall with tile. Stoneworx, especially Melissa Arndt, went over and beyond to advise and assist us with selecting the stone, glass, tile, and new shower and sink fixtures. Melissa also gave us superb suggestions for new paint colors. She even gave my favorite kitty a new home due to my husband's health issues. ( I doubt that would,be part of the regular customer services!). However, the full plate of customer treats was a favorite feature to my husband. When we are in a position to remodel our kitchen, we definitely will return to Stoneworx.
