Carrie, Kristen, and crew were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process of shopping, purchasing, and the installation of my countertops. Carrie and Kristen were very knowledgeable about their products, willing to take the time to explain and answer questions, and very patient. They were very welcoming, professional, and efficient. I love my countertops; they are definitely 'the star of the show' in my newly remodeled kitchen.

The quality, workmanship and installers were excellent and should get a 5 star rating. We had to replace a perfectly good granite island counter top because of a new stovetop that didn't fit into the old opening. They matched the granite we had on our other countertop from another company and did an absolutely beautiful job making it. The installers were so professional, fast and neat. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Our disappointment came when it took a good 4 months to get the granite made and installed. I thought 2 months would have been reasonable considering personnel, delays, etc. However, if it is going to take this long, my biggest disappoint was that we had to keep calling to get updates. Only every 3-4 weeks so as not to be annoying. I feel they should have at least called us periodically to let us know where we stood. Even when we left messages we still had to call back sometimes. We understand delays, but keep us informed! Having said this, when we did speak to someone, they were friendly and understanding. Still, it was like pulling teeth to get information. Otherwise, everything was professional and the end result is a beautiful countertop we are very pleased with.

Stone Kitchens in Hermitage, PA did an excellent job installing our Mont Lucia quartzite kitchen countertops. Kristin, the contact person, is always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. She explained that there would be a month between the removal of the existing counter and installation of the new counter, but the technicians would reconnect the old sink so that I was able to cook during that month. They made the inconvenience of remodeling bearable. The technicians arrived on schedule and were careful and considerate during removal of the existing counter and installation of the new counter. While all the workers were proficient and professional, David McNamara was exceptional. He not only did what he was expected to do, he went beyond and found ways to make the stove fit better and the caulking look better. After dealing with several companies who were difficult to contact or unresponsive, Stone Kitchens impressed us by responding quickly each time we called. When there was a misunderstanding on the final total of the project, Kristen was quick to make a reasonable adjustment. We highly recommend Stone Kitchens for any kitchen and bath make-overs and installations. The company will not disappoint.

In January 2023 we stopped in to begin the process to have two bathrooms and an upstairs laundry room done. When asked the approximate cost per square foot, we couldn’t get an answer. We gave approximate sketches & Kristin told us she would email us an approximate cost the next day. We received the estimate a WEEK later. We were expecting prices on two different stones & only receiving one. When asked about the second choice, we were told that it was more money, but Kristin didn’t know how much more! Timing and communication was horrible, mainly when contacting Kristin. We placed the original order February 13, 2023 and were told the install would be 2-4 weeks after templating was finished. The stone slabs came in rather quickly. When the cabinets were installed we called to schedule for templating on March 14, 2023. We were told by Kristin that they will let us know when he will be out, no estimate of a date. On March 20 we were told he would be out to template on March 21. When we asked Kristin the approximate date of install she said she would let us know & could no give any estimate of a date. At 3 weeks I stopped in to ask if there was an estimated install date. I was told no, we will let you know. We will send you an email. I stopped in at four weeks, same story. I stopped in at five weeks, same story. The very next day on May 3, Kristen emailed and asked if they could install on Friday, May 5. Our contractor was done and packed up and we had to try to schedule to get him back to finish the installation of the plumbing. What should’ve been an easy project, turned out to be a three month long, chaotic project, mainly because of Stone Kitchens & poor communication.

Stone kitchen did an excellent job on my quartz counter top and backsplash. The Pattern matching is beautiful and the seams are invisible! Great work! My kitchen looks so clean and modern!

From choosing our stone to the final installation, Stone Kitchens' employees were helpful, kind, respectful, and clearly take pride in their work. Our job was a countertop for a small kitchen on a VERY tight budget and we compared prices at the big box stores as well as one other privately owned granite installation company and you will not find a better quality product or installation at a better price anywhere. Your search can end right here!! :) Even my contractor was impressed.

I have had stone kitchens for multiple jobs in my home. They provided all the stone in my new home including a beautiful waterfall breakfast bar. They are always accommodating and the staff is wonderful. Quality work. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend Stone Kitchen!! They saved us mid remodel when we changed courses with our counters. They took the time to let me look at EVERY slab so I could pick the right movement (and there were a lot!). They were great at getting us in timely and the job moving. The installers were not only terrific but they were so kind and caring. They answered all my questions and concerns. The work was flawless. They installed the granite on the counters, island and backsplash. It is GORGEOUS! I would use them again for any stone needs!! Kristin was amazing!! Stone Kitchens did a fantastic job with all the kitchen, bath, bar and outdoor solid surfaces in our new lake home construction. The quality of construction and installation was on point and they easily handled our design and selection changes are the project evolved.
