buyer beware ompany sold natural stone that was dressed up with oil to make it look better it was also resin filled material was stored in our fabrication shop for 3 months when we pulled slabs to fabicate it had full discolortion and the areas of resin fill were lime green the supplier said oh well nothing we can do its over 3 days. the will be in court we lost a valued builder over the issue and All we wanted to do was return material now its going to be much more costly!!

We picked a slab for our kitchen. Stone mart sent a different one from same lot that was CRACKED instead of our selection. Thankfully our fabricator caught it before production. Be weary of this company.

Wish a zero were an option. Worst service ever at shop. WARNING they do not mark SOLD or HOLD ALLOWING YOU TO BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU SEE IS AVAILABLE TO YOU. This is NOT THE CASE!! Settled On a granite something that was no where what we saw 48 hours below. Left in tears and staff had ZERO empathy nor solutions. Acknowledged nothing. We lost everything - I mean everything in a house fire. When we were walked around with Stonemart staff on a Friday, they never once indicated that the one piece we fell in love with was not available to be ours. The next day we came with our designer and fabricator. Still none marked as hold or sold. We’re then told that four deep were first available. Of course - totally different design in Quartz. Disgusted in the failure of this business to be transparent. Broken-hearted.

So far, Stone Mart has been great. We don't have the granitr countertops installed yet, so I don't have an opinion on stone quality or ease of working with the fabricator. Stone Mart's selection is wonderful for granite, marble and dolomite. The quartz is nice, but I've seen better selections at big box stores. Daniel was a great sales rep, and he helped us find the exact stone we were looking for.

Was very impressed by how organized they were. Very helpful. Spoke to one gentleman who worked there, but was just passing by. He spent lots of time answering all of my questions and offering suggestions. They have lots of beautiful options. Found something I think will work in my home. Can’t wait to get started.

They have a very organized set up. As soon as you walk in there is a person at the desk to help direct you to where you should go. They provide a clipboard to write down your favorites and they also keep track in their computer if you would forget a name or where the slab of granite is. If you do need to wait, they have comfortable seating as well as beverages for your convenience. The salespeople are available to you, they are very friendly and willing to answer questions.

walked in Stone Mart unsure of the process for picking out stone.. Greeted by Leo who was very friendly and answered all my questions. Leo answered all my questions They have a great selection of Stone ( I was looking for Quartz) and the follow up was great. Great company!!!
