We have now completed three major projects with Billings Construction — a master bathroom remodel in 2020 and this past year a full kitchen remodel, a full basement and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Throughout every project, they have been easy to work with, communicative, and professional. During our kitchen remodel, there was a misunderstanding regarding the tile selection. Although the issue was on our end and they absolutely could have charged us, Billings Construction handled it with complete professionalism, covered the cost, and made sure everything was done correctly without any additional charges. That level of integrity truly sets them apart. Each project has turned out beautifully, and at this point nearly our entire home has been redone by Billings Construction. One of our favorite features is a custom built-in desk they handcrafted for our son in the basement — a thoughtful detail they didn’t have to do, but one that shows how much they care about their work and their clients. They followed through on everything they promised and more. Kevin and Austin are an absolute joy to work with, as is the rest of the crew. We are extremely grateful for their craftsmanship, honesty, and attention to detail, and we would highly recommend Billings Construction. Stuart and Kevin Billings have done incredible work for us multiple times. My husband and I have used them for our investment homes that we are flipping, for our personal home and have recommended them to many real estate clients who need a refresh. All I can say is WOW. Long read but your search stops here no joke. Family just moved to the burbs and were waiting for the renos to be done at the new place before moving. Big projects - 1) turned a family room/living room/closet/walkway into one big open space 2) turned a small bathroom/ master closet into a water closet/big AMAZING ZEN shower 3) spare bedroom into the wifey's dream closet complete with SHOE TURNSTILES (ignore the shades - ugly, I know...I messed up) closet and an office for my wife both accessed with doors from the master bedroom 4) built out a big pantry and closet from extra space in dining room. Homebuilder friend of mine said no way it's done under 4 months - 5 WEEKS! Stuart and his brother Kevin - owners of the Billings Cons Group are amazing to work with. Just the perfect amount of direction when wife and I came up with a bad idea - a gentle nudge in the right direction. Stuart has fantastic style and went to the various tile/cabinet/marble stores with us to pick things out. Super upfront, honest, and fair about their pricing - don't need to worry about that "add 30% on to whatever the contractor quotes" you typically hear people run into. And INCREDIBLE, detail-oriented work they completed. My showers went from a couple mins a day to basking in one of the 3 shower heads under my zen lighting for what my water bill says is way too long. Stop your reno search now - THIS is the team you want.

Stuart, Kevin, Austin and honorary mentions, Juan and Juan Diego are absolutely phenomenal - along with the rest of the Billings Team. I have worked with this amazing team since 2021 on quite a few HUGE projects - kitchen, bathroom(s), bedrooms - complete demo/renovations and they have been professional, beyond trend, and really just inspiring to work with. I could not ask for a better team. I have delayed projects just to work with them. I trust their expertise, their instincts, their work ethic, their professional opinion. Stuart, is the visionary. Kevin and the construction team make it all happen. How they work is rooted in family, and they really do a great job of not making you feel just part of their enormous portfolio of work, but part of the family. The Juans are the great finishers, who really bring everything together - their attention to detail is unmatched. I am so appreciative that every time we work together, they really make my dreams come true. I can give Stuart a piece of an idea, and he will run with it until the job is "BAD ASS"! I couldn't ask for a better contracting group, and I can't wait until I finish the rest of my home. I would recommend this team to anyone, and would bet on them every time. Excellent job! From start to finish the team was excellent at communicating, keeping us in the loop on all steps of the project and helping make our space amazing! Every single team member that showed up to work on our project from demolition, framing, drywall, paint, plumbing, electrical and finishing work were all so nice and their quality of work is unmatched. Our master bathroom started as clunky, dated, and dark along with our unused sitting room off the master bedroom. Now we have an updated, light and airy master bathroom and more closet space than we know what to do with! We would highly recommend Stuart’s team for ANY and ALL projects!

When I was unsure about designs and planning they guided the project with their expertise. Detailed planning from layout to finishings. I love my new finished basement and windows! Stuart and Kevin are very pleasant to work with. Their crew is top notch in workmanship, skills and respect. My project was a makeover of the master bathroom and closets. They were taken down to the studs and 2 walls were knocked out to lengthen the closets. The old garden tub was replaced with a free standing contemporary tub. The shower was enlarged and made into a steam shower which included floor to ceiling glass enclosure. New tile in shower floor and ceiling as well as the bathroom floor itself. The project came within budget with no hidden surprises. I would definitely work with this company again.

Billings Construction Group was fantastic to work with! Stuart and his team were professional, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to have in my home. They were tidy, safe and cleaned up every day. Kevin Billings did an amazing job on my gut remodel of our bathroom as well as renovated a storage room into a beautiful butler's pantry. They took care to make sure I was happy with all aspects of the project. They started on time, came in within budget (except for my add-ons of course) AND finished in the timeframe they quoted. I cannot say enough times how much I enjoyed the whole experience and working with such professional men. Even my husband is happy and he's a tough guy to please with home improvements! We just completed a master bathroom and master bedroom remodel. I can’t seem to leave my room it’s absolutely stunning. They worked fast and efficient. Never once complained when we added last minute updates with hardwood floors in the bedroom ( even though it threw them off schedule). Quality work and Quality people to work with. Will be using them again for a kitchen update soon.

Stuart oversaw a master bath renovation for us that turned out better than expected! His brother and the other specialists who completed the work were professional, efficient, and personable. They kept the project area clean and were careful not to disturb the rest of the house. We ripped everything out and replaced it with new paint, tile, tub, vanities, lights, toilet, and accessories. Stuart is easy to work with and obviously knows a lot about his industry. He provided guidance and was accommodating in letting us obtain many of the features on our own. We wanted as much ‘Made in USA’ as possible and were able to find most things made here. The bathroom is awesome and we get a lot of compliments on it. We would highly recommend Stuart’s company for any home improvement project.

Stewart and his team did a great job for us. His team replaced our back door and installed lovely french doors. They were here for just the day, everything completed quickly and they cleaned up well afterwards, too. When they were done, it was perfect. Friendly team, great price, great door and great installation. I would recommend them to anyone. Their prices can't be beat and the service level is high, which I was concerned about but they were great. We get compliments immediately from everyone when they come over now.

We would highly recommend Stu and his team. He helped us remove an old leaky chimney and replaced the roofing and drywall and subflooring under it. We were so happy with the quality of the work that we hired them again to help us prep a subfloor for bamboo flooring. They were able to do it for a good price on really short notice too. Thank you for your hard work, and we will happily recommend them to anyone who needs a renovation or repair work done.

Billings Construction completed a room addition and front foyer addition to my house. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely easy to work with and were competitively priced. They attended to every detail to make sure the work was completed beyond our expectations. They completed ahead of schedule and even tackled a drainage problem on the property that was not part of the addition.They cleaned up every day and never left a mess. I would highly recommend them. It was the easiest and best quality remodel/construction project we have ever done.

We were very pleased with the professionalism and the quality of work done in our complete basement renovation. Billings Construction installed four ceiling beams, a kitchen, bathroom, as well as electrical and painting. We had a specific image in mind and they were able to meet all of our expectations and more. The picture of our living space can be seen in the pictures. We were pleased and would recommend Billings Construction for any remodeling needs.

Stuart oversaw the extensive renovation of our Midtown condo to convert it from 2 bed / 2.5 bath into a full 3 bed / 2 bath unit. In addition, we redid the kitchen, installed new hardwood floors throughout, relocated a master closet, installed can lights, and replaced the bathroom vanities. We love the results! After a long search, we hired Stuart on the recommendation of a real estate agent who worked with him several times on various properties. She described him as a creative problem solver, and we found that to be absolutely true. In our condo, we discovered that the ceilings in our living/dining area were actually concrete, so we could not install can lights directly. Stuart came up with an elegant solution to add attractive coffers to hold the lights. The result was not a hack at all, and instead added architectural interest. He even ran additional ventilation through it to heat and cool the room more evenly. Another example, Stuart provided great recommendations for closet and shelving placement to make sure we could maximize use of every available square inch. The overall project took several months, and Stuart and his team (including son, brother, and nephew) were pros, particularly in navigating our strict condo regulations. His subcontractors were top notch too, except for the kitchen guy who was flaky (but I know Stuart works with several kitchen folks depending on what you're looking for). Stuart himself is extremely easy to talk to. He will give you plenty of ideas and recommendations, and he will not pressure you if you choose to go a different direction. Highly highly recommend.

What started out as a bathroom and kitchen remodel has turned into a complete home renovation. Stuart and his team have quickly become like family to us. From the painters, to the tile installers- each and every person Stuart sends to our home are complete professionals. Stuart and his brother are so incredibly smart and gifted- they have a true vision for design as well as functionality for every space in your home.
