I found Sunbust Shutters, Shades, & Blinds online. From setting up the initial consult to install my experience with this company has been nothing short of amazing! Stephanie and Cory are the owners and Nance works in the office! The feel is very much down to earth and family oriented! I did get consults and estimates from other companies and chose Sunburst because they took their time with explaining things which I appreciate! New window coverings is a big purchase and being given the time to consider all options without being rushed or feeling dismissed because I didn't decide the day of the consult was a big deal breaker for me. Sunburst gives you the time you need to make the best decision for yourself and budget! On install day, Cory, Brandon, and Troy did AMAZING work installing my new shutters!!! Sunburst Shutters is such a GREAT company! Everyone is so kind and helpful!!! If your looking to upgrade, dont hesitate, you WILL NOT be disappointed!!

We had Sunburst plantation shutters installed in our home back in 2011. We recently had a window replaced, and the window installer did not do a good job of reinstalling the plantation shutters. Sunburst came out quickly when we called and made an adjustment and the shutters are now working perfectly again! Outstanding responsiveness and service on a quality product that we have enjoyed for years.

Sunburst Shutters just completed polywood shutters in my current house. About 20 yrs ago Sunburst installed polywood shutters in my previous house. They look exactly the same today. Have not discolored, warped, they look like new shutters. So I of course called them again and I can not say enough how pleased I am with the shutters again. Profesional all the way from Stephanie to installation. I recommend Sunburst Shutters 100%.

There's a reason Sunburst Shutters has 5-star ratings. Outstanding service and communication from the initial in-home consultation right through installation. I received my estimate in person immediately after measurements were taken - and the estimate includes everything. No little surprise add-on fees. Other companies I looked into charged a separate measurement fee, or an installation fee, a delivery fee, an upcharge to pay by credit card, etc... Not Sunburst. The price you are quoted is the price you pay. I was told 8-10 weeks for manufacture and delivery and it was right on schedule. Installation could not have been better. The team (Cory, Matt, and Jacob) were right on time and completed my installation within about 2 hours for 9 windows. Professional, friendly, and tidy. I am very pleased with the product and when it comes time to continue my window treatment project for other rooms in the house I will be calling Sunburst again.

If all businesses operated like Sunburst Shutters life would be much easier. Communication, service, and product quality are all top notch. Very professional! From the very first phone call the service has been excellent. They came out to our house, measured our windows and provided a quote before leaving. They explained how the process works and how long it would take once the order is placed. The craftsmanship and the quality of the shutters are definitely the best. After the experience and seeing the results the only regret I have is not contacting them sooner.
