Swimm Pools Inc.

We thought these guys were supposed to be the best pool company in the area. They were pricier than others but we were okay paying a premium if we were getting a premium service. We used them to do a complete renovation of our pool including the patio area and all pool related equipment. Everything was completed in time for Summer 2012 and looked fantastic. Unfortunately, the following Spring once the snow had melted, I noticed that the level of water in the pool had drained down to a dangerously low level (any lower and pool would have raised up out of the ground!). Swimm send someone to seal off drain at bottom for a charge. We continued to use their weekly pool service but noticed the water level would continue to drop and the autofill was constantly running. They didn't think there was an issue other than evaporation! We finally switched to a new pool service company this year and it turns out, there is a major problem with leakage around skimmers. One possibility for leakage could be that when pool was renovated, skimmer were not properly sealed but the only way to determine this is to now rip up the bluestone patio to follow leak...huge expense!! I would not recommend using Swimm. We should have switched service years ago!
