Swiss Woodcraft

Our builder connected me to a local company, Swiss Woodcraft. The rest, as they say, was history! Swiss Woodcraft is a millwork shop specializing in custom projects and orders but with plenty of in stock choices. I met with Jeff and Todd and was given a tour of their workshop! I was very impressed by the craftsmanship behind the scenes. We talked about the look I was going for and the durability and longevity we wanted to achieve. We decided that a custom finished, engineered hardwood, would be the way to go! Specifically we selected IBEX hardwood flooring in a live-sawn, french cut, white oak. Between my desired finish look and Swiss Woodcraft’s expertise, their team came up with a custom finish that is now called TruNature. The TruNature UV protective finish captures nature in its truest form without that fake plastic shiny coating that is applied to so many engineered finishes. It is quite literally, the finish dreams are made of and I couldn’t be more pleased with the end result. The only thing that will make it better, is seeing it installed in our new house! We are using this throughout the main level of the home plus the staircases. Officially counting down the days until install!

We used Swiss Woodcraft when we built our house and barn/carriage house. It was a long project and they were great to work with. They were very knowledgeable in helping me select all of the trim work, baseboards, moldings, doors, cabinets, beams, hardware, etc. I had pictures which they used to create custom built-ins and doors, wine storage, office cabinetry, shelves, corbels and unique detail on interior doors. I made several trips to their showroom which was helpful to be able to see actual samples. Their workmanship and attention to detail is impressive. Every idea and suggestion I had they were able to create - there is nothing that they could not do! Everyone I worked with was very professional and always got back to me with answers. I would highly recommend Swiss Woodcraft to anyone.

Swiss Woodcraft was very professional and personable from sales to fabrication to installation. Their attention to detail in all aspects from concept to punch list, especially during a pandemic, was way above par.

Swiss Woodcraft designed and installed our kitchen and master bath cabinets. I am a very particular person with an extreme eye for detail. Everyone from the lady at the counter to the sales person to the craftsmen in the shop were more than welcoming. They took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand it. Prior to going with Swiss, I had visited many showrooms and cabinet makers in Ohio, PA and VA. For me, there was no comparison. They took to time to listen to my ideas and gave me pros and cons so that I could make up my mind without pushing me. I had an idea to have a hidden pantry with the door opening both ways while still being flush with my panel appliances so that you did not know it was there. All the others could not find a way to make it work, but Swiss listened and made it happen for me. I am more than happy with their work, professionalism and the price was a fair price. Lastly the feel of the wood cabinets was smooth and soft. It will be 3 years this summer and I am still in love with my cabinets and have not had a problem. I very seldom give praise, however, their service and work deserve it. You can't go wrong with Swiss Woodcraft. The picture is upside and a little blurry, but you can see most of the project.

Swiss Woodcraft is quality from start to finish! Owners and employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. They gave us some great ideas we had never thought of to make our kitchen more functional ... and beautiful! Our kitchen cabinets are top quality, and we couldn’t be more pleased with how everything looks!
