We never contracted with Kat for her design and staging work but did buy our new home because of how amazing it was set up. In the end, we decided we didn’t want any of our own furniture or art in the new home and simply purchase everything she had staged with. It’s perfect, so why try and do it ourselves? She’s a real artist!!!

Kat is absolutely fantastic! I'm a Realtor and have hired her now in two capacities. She first provided staging for a very large vacant home. My clients and I wanted to get top dollar for it and highlight all of the beautiful features about the home. At my open houses for the property, I received great praise on the staging of the home and photos. In addition, Kat also provided an in-home staging consultation with another client. My client took in depth notes and Kat also provided a highlight list afterwards. My client followed all of her recommendations and the house sold in less than 4 days. She has been great to work with. She is skilled at complimenting clients on items they own and developing rapport so they don't take offense to her honest assessment on what needs to go for listing. I would definitely hire her again for all my real estate staging needs in Houston, TX and The Woodlands, TX.

Kat was so helpful to us selling our home! We were nervous about selling while still living in the home, especially because we have 2 kids and pets so there was a lot of clutter. I met with Kat last week for professional advice with our home remodel. We needed direction with paint colors, hardware for cabinets, and other ideas to give our furniture a fresh new look when we're able to move back into the house. I took a walk the evening my townhome was listed. I kept thinking about my realtor’s comment, “now remember, it takes about 30 days to sell your home. It will sell, but remember, you have to be patient.” She assured me professional staging was not necessary. Yet, I felt there had to be something more I could do to distinguish my townhome from the other townhomes in my community. Our home was newly renovated and in pristine condition. As I continued to walk, I decided to research staging companies – listing after listing until I lost my motivation. Before dawn broke the next morning, I decided to search for the stager whose reviews persuaded me to take a leap of faith. Ta Da! – Kat is her name! I consulted with Kat by telephone. After receiving “low ball” offers on my townhome, I put my trust in Kat and she hit a Home Run! If there is one comment I want you to take from this review it is, Kat did not just professionally stage my home, she lived out her passion through the thoughtful redesign of my home and touched my heart! Yes, she inspired me. I witnessed what it feels like to be surprised and inspired. What does wowing your real estate agent feel like? We wanted our listing to stand out from the rest and KAT completely blew us away with her staging. She knew just the look that would complement the flooring and the style of the home, and the right amount of furniture and decorative touches to bring the space to life without looking cluttered. She has an eye for color and simple elegance with luxurious touches. It's amazing how quickly and seamlessly it all came together. Potential buyers were able to easily visualize themselves in the home. KAT is very accessible and easy to work with. Even though she is a design expert she was open to hearing our ideas and answering our questions. We listed on a Friday and accepted a full price cash offer the following Monday morning. She really is at the top of her game, and we would definitely use her on our next project and recommend her to others. My partner and I had a great home staging experience with Ta Da by Kat. We had already had the home listed for about a month and had several showings; however, no offers. So we decided we would try staging services to get our house sold quicker and for the most money. We reached out to Ta Da by Kat and she was prompt in responding and being able to have a consultation with us the following weekend. Time is money in the real estate game so that is very much appreciated. One valuable benefit that Ta Da by Kat offers is the ability to pay half as a deposit and then pay the remaining portion at the end of the contract / closing of the property. This gives the seller financial flexibility that other home stagers would not consider. Selling a home is already stressful enough and this type of financing takes a little bit of stress away. Another valuable benefit Kat offered was given that the house was listed during COVID-19 she automatically extended our 60 day contract to 74 days at no additional cost! The home while staged was beautiful and I think really allowed potential buyers to see the potential and beauty. It brings emotion and ideas to an otherwise vacant home. If you are looking to have your listed home staged please consider Kat and team! You want her on your selling team!

When interviewing stagers for our Woodlands home, Kat Troulinos owner of Ta-Da Staging by Kat stood out the most because she was professional and knew in confidence how to transform our empty home into a dream home. We loved her contemporary style and how she layered each room with detail such as accessories, rugs, and art work. It didn't look cheaply staged at all. Kat also knew the demographic very well and staged accordingly. We wished we'd hired them when we first moved in so she could give us tips! We will definitely recommend them because they will bring up the value of your home and help tell a story to a potential buyer that otherwise has a hard time visualizing living there. Potential buyers often commented as to how well the house showed. After multiple offers, our home was under contract within 6 weeks at a price that was near the asking price. I needed help with Ta Da's "STAGE TO LIVE" services as I just moved into the area in a brand new apartment. I had somewhat of an idea what I liked and didn't like but really struggled with putting it all together to make a cohesive look. KAT really listened to me and was so helpful in pulling together a look beyond my wildest imagination. It was just what I imagined and so much more with pops of surprises in places I would have never thought of. My place is so inviting and warm and stands out at the same time. I just LOVE it! I used her services many times as a manager at David Weekley Homes and continued to use her in my house flipping business.
