I worked with TATCOR to remodel my kitchen and am so happy with the results. They gave me several design options and were transparent with the costs and timing. Mary and Julia were so great to work with to get all of the many details just right. Jose and the construction team were also wonderful to work with and were very responsive with questions and changes. I felt very confident in their ability to get things right. The kitchen turned out even better than I imagined. It is beautiful and so much more functional. I am so happy with our decision to work with TATCOR and would definitely work with them again and recommend to others.

We can’t say enough good things about our experiences working with Tatcor. We hired Steve and his team late 2020 and started our project in spring of 2021. The project included a detached garage/carport, an addition and renovation of most of the house. Steve met with us several times prior to us committing to make sure he understood our expectations as well as wanting us to be comfortable with him. With all major projects there are always delays and hiccups, Steve and his team addressed them directly and always had alternative suggestions. There are hundreds of decisions to be made throughout the process and Mary the designer helped relieve the stress of so many by narrowing down options all based on our style. Jose and Thomas both were incredibly attentive to the details. Overall, we had a vision of what we were looking for and Tatcor exceeded our expectations.

The Tatcor team recently completed a full remodel of two bathrooms in our home (a powder room that we gutted and added a shower to; and a hall bath on our second floor + several new closet doors). The project took 10.5 weeks from start to finish and the end result is nothing short of beautiful. Tatcor's team (Steve, Mary, Julia, Thomas, Jose and company) were professionals through and through. We were kept up to speed, daily clean up was as good as it could have been given the demo and dust. The quality of everything from design through to painting was top notch. The team listened to our ideas for the spaces, what was important to us and what wasn't and built out two bathrooms that we just love. Thanks to an amazing contractor and building team!

Steve Tatios and the entire TATCOR crew did a fabulous job on the addition to our 1880s house. The pandemic made it even more challenging than planned but they persevered and got the job done. We added a large family room, mudroom, full bath, screen porch, and deck. The exterior and interior work show excellent craftsmanship and lots of attention to fine details. The American Black Walnut custom interior trim and woodwork, Mercer tile fireplace surround, and the hickory and slate floors were beautifully executed. Large windows bring in lots of light. And the cedar screen porch is comfortable and beautiful. The addition was just completed and yet looks like it's been a part of the house forever. Steve had many good design ideas and practical suggestions that improved the project. Most importantly, he and his crew were a pleasure to work with. It was a collaborative effort that ended well and we are delighted with our new space.

We are so pleased with the way our powder room turned out. Steve was so easy to work with. He listened to our thoughts and concerns and gave us his recommendations. His crew was always on time, worked efficiently and everything was left neat and tidy at the end of each workday. They were always onsite when they said they would be there. We were challenged by 2020 and had to shut down right after the project started. Steve spent time keeping us informed throughout. I would definitely recommend TATCOR for big and small remodeling projects.

Steve is fantastic to work with! We had an unfinished section of our basement with very confusing / oddly placed rough-ins and we very much wanted to add a full bathroom to that space. I had various other contractors come in and none of them provided me a design I liked or confidence that my vision was possible. Steve came by and listened to our vision, and a short time later came up a fantastic and functional design for our new bathroom. Steve managed the job from start to finish, was super accommodating to my change requests, and his crew was very professional and so easy to work with! I would highly, highly recommend!!
