It was a pleasure to work with Tracy and we are delighted with our beautifully remodeled condo and have received rave reviews from many visitors. She was patient and knowledgeable and provided guidance and recommendations throughout and accommodated several changes from my side as I was a novice to home remodeling and bewildered by the vast amount of choices out there! For those who are remodeling kitchens or bathrooms, you definitely need help from a designer. Importantly, she was able to accept my choices even when she originally recommended a different approach, which is very important in a designer since you will never completely agree on everything. Because we were able to work together, the final result came together beautifully. For those who have never worked with a designer - it helps if you know in advance what you want and mentally identify the budget, style, trim and materials and colors you would like to work with BEFORE you work with a designer to put it all together. You may think that's what a designer is for but if you do, you will end up with your designer's vision, not yours. If you can develop your vision and communicate it to Tracy, she will work with you to make it happen!

Tracy was great to work with on my kitchen and laundry room remodel. My husband and I couldn't be happier with the final result. Her most helpful advice was when I was choosing color for the walls and cabinets, countertops, tile backsplash, sink faucets and cabinet hardware. This was my first kitchen redo experience, so I had some anxiety about the process. Tracy's ideas and advice helped me feel confident that I had made the right choices. Tracy was the best! She helped my husband and I completely re-do our house. Our favorite part is the kitchen where she managed to maximize the limited space we have. We took down a wall which allowed for the layout we wanted! She was so easy to work with as well as super informative when it came to design materials/styles. Additionally, she helped us to pick out our front door which has gotten nothing but compliments since the install! She has some serious curb appeal/front door skills! Thank you Tracy!!

Oy, finally have recovered from her design blunders. I will only detail one (there were several). We started our remodel before moving in while living in another state. Tracy was our designer. We needed a new front door. I asked Tracy if we could get a double. She met with contractor on site, and the contractor said nope. Ok, fine. So I need size and swing of the door. I was pretty sure door should be a right swing (from outside) as there was a wall on the right and open on left. She tells me swing left! Are you sure? Yes, there's plenty of room; you can decorate the wall; blah blah blah. Well, we are 1300 miles away, so I order door, it gets installed. What a rooky mistake! There's only 1 foot to the right of the door, so it must be open beyond 90 to let someone enter comfortably, and people all feel like they're being pushed into the wall. I've been asked many times why the door doesn't swing the other way. Grrrrrrr. So now we need to order a new door and have it installed estimate around 3k total (only because not a real expensive door). Add to her other mistakes in function and orders. Oy. Maybe ok on a small bathroom or basic kitchen, but not on a gut and rebuild. Not enough attention to detail.

This is our second time we have worked with Tracy and she delivered again. We had an idea of what we wanted before hiring Tracy but her vision and design elevated the end product way beyond our expectations. We are extremely happy with the end product and will use Tracy again for future projects. We highly recommend her!!!

I loved working with Tracy! I originally hired Tracy for a kitchen remodel based on the look of the projects shown on her website at Houzz. I liked her aesthetic and the overall look of the completed projects. Working with her exceeded all of my expectations! She was so easy to work with, had wonderful ideas, and a great sense of humor! I chose my own general contractor and when the project was completed I asked for his feedback on working with Tracy. He had nothing but rave reviews of how easy she was to work with. In fact, he said she was one of the best designers he has ever worked with. I think that’s saying a lot! Tracy handled all of the coordination with the contractor, tile guy and countertop guy—all while we were out of the country! I had full confidence that she knew exactly what I wanted and would make sure everything was done right. I was not disappointed in the least. Came back from Europe to a brand new, gorgeous kitchen!! What an incredible designer. Tracy helped me choose wonderful tile for our kitchen bathroom, family room, and laundry room. She came to our house many times to not only to check tile placement, but to check progress. She kept all her appointments with me and went above and beyond. Her eye for style is spot on.
