The shelves are sturdy and move smoothly in and out of the cupboards. Install time was surprisingly short as was scheduling to get the shelves installed. We built our house over 40 years ago. Of course, at that time, pullout shelves were not a feature in many homes. We had never heard of them, nor did we ever dream, that growing older with the house, we would need them. Alas, although we continued to enjoy our home, we found it difficult to access needed items in our kitchen and bathroom cabinets. The pre-made shelves available at the big box stores were not a good fit for our aging cabinetry. We chose Shaun, from Twin Cities Shelves, and couldn't be happier. The shelves are beautiful and glide in and out with never a problem. When installing the shelves, Shaun noticed that one was not fitting properly. He build a new shelf, installing it a few days later. We LOVE the shelves. For us, they have been life-changing.
