I can not say enough about TD Cox Homes. You know who have a great builder when you can call him a friend after the building process. His team was very professional, and I have a beautiful home to show for it. After 4 years being in my house I am still using some of the same companies that TD Cox homes used when building my house. If I need them today for anything all I have to do is call and I can get them to respond immediately. What can I say I am still happy.

TD Cox built my wife and I a custom home. Mr Cox was well organized, very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He recommended working with Gary Keith Jackson to draw up the home. Mr Cox attended these meetings along with key personnel and provided valuable input. Our supervisor "Bob the Builder" was outstanding at keeping the job moving and the subs on task. He came up with innovative ideas. TD Cox Homes wanted to figure out from us what our dream home was and build it. Every Tuesday morning at 9 am we meet at the job-site and ran through how things were progressing along with any changes plus we made material selections with the designer Kristi Ziegler of Creative Impressions. TD Cox Homes made many recommendations for contractors such as Rob Dickison of Custom Pool Concepts and Jeff Clark of Merge Cyber. Rob built our beautiful pool and Jeff installed our home automation. Both were part of TD Cox's approved suppliers. To build such a home as ours, it took outstanding team work with first class tradesmen. Tom Cox Homes provided the top notch team and built our beautiful unique home that all our friends rave about.

Tom built our house in Sterling Ridge. He and his team did a great job - both with the quality of the work and with the project management. We finished just a week behind schedule but with excellent results. He is one of the best I have seen or heard of in the Woodlands.
