We have had three remodel projects completed by Mariano’s in the last two years and have been really impressed with the communication and work completed. Remodels included a master bedroom and bathroom, and two guest rooms. They work hard and ensure that the job is completed to a high standard. Would highly recommend.

Mariano & Co. is my contractor for life! They have completed four projects for me. The original project was a renovation of my kitchen. I did my research interviewing three contractors and checking licenses. I selected Mariano & Co. for the team that would be working on the project. Because of the amazing attention to detail and craftsmanship, I did not research any other contractor when I decided to put an addition onto my home for I trusted the team that Vic has. Again, I was not disappointed. It does not look like an addition, but it integrates into my home as if were a part of the original floor plan. Guests who have not previously seen my home are amazed that my dining room was added to the house. When it recently came time to renovate the guest bathroom and remodel my primary bathroom, a phone call to Mariano & Co. was placed. I met with Lucien, and he took the time to ensure that he understood what I envisioned. I then worked with Lauren to pick out cabinets, fixtures, and tile. Lauren and I spent hours together to ensure all my choices would be perfect. She was very helpful in providing samples that I had not considered after my time spent on the Internet. Lauren has a wonderful ability to know what I was looking for, and her suggestion of tile in my primary bathroom was spot on. The team that completed the bathrooms were professional and paid attention to all the details that needed to happen. Francisco tiled my guest bathroom. Because of the diamond setting of the floor tile, the shower is tiled in the same diamond pattern. I am so impressed by Francisco’s skill in matching the tiles in the corners! Carlos was the tiler in the primary bathroom. I am amazed by his skills also! The tile for this bathroom is a patterned tile, and he was able to make the tile look as if it was folded from the wall to the window sill. Edwin ensured that fixtures were installed correctly and that they worked as they should. Others in the team deserved recognition also: Rob, Scott, Jose, and Justin. I appreciated the daily emails I received informing me who would be working in my home the following day and what tasks would be accomplished. I greatly appreciated that I was able to call Lucien on the weekend when I thought a plumbing issue was happening. Fortunately, it was not the emergency I feared, but Lucien ensured it was addressed first thing on Monday morning. If I ever have another renovation or remodeling project to do, I will again go with Mariano & Co.!

I may be the first person to ever be sad to have my renovation completed. But that’s simply how enjoyable it has been working with everyone at Mariano and Co. The work they did is exceptional. I was so impressed when someone would point out some small detail that wasn’t perfect (that I never would have noticed) that they were going to fix. The regular communication, commitment to five star service and attention to detail and excellence is why I’ve already recommended them to all my friends and family. We are elated with the outcome of our 2400 Sq. Ft home remodel that reflects our vision and wishes. Our experience from design to the final project was superb. Mariano’s team was on track, detail oriented, trustworthy, and committed to excellent work from start to finish. Words can hardly express how grateful we are to have done business with Mariano & Co. If you’ve had a bad remodel or renovation experience or are just overwhelmed at the thought of your next big project, consider working with Mariano. We completed a 3/4 home remodel and could not be happier with the results. You’ll be in good hands as pretty much everyone on the team works for Mariano. The only subcontracted work was for floors (tile and carpet) and a late addition swap out of a sliding glass door. Everyone else you work with is a Mariano employee, and they are fully invested in making sure your project is done right and that you are 100% satisfied with the results. The project is scheduled from start to finish, and every evening you will be notified who is coming the next day, when they’ll be there, and what they will be working on. The peace of mind of knowing everything is taken care of for you cannot be overstated. We had very few hiccups along the way and the project was completed pretty much on schedule. The design team was fantastic. We worked specifically with Michelle, and she is awesome! When they tell you the design phase will take six weeks, believe it! It’s true. We went through many iterations of the design and worked hand in hand with Michelle to choose all the fixtures, lighting, paint, tile, countertops, you name it. Every aspect of the design is critical and the Mariano team can help you pull it all together for an amazing finished product. Lucien was our project manager, and we cannot say enough good things about him. #1, just an awesome human being. Everything we discussed with Lucien from our first introduction to the Mariano team all the way through the close of the project was 100% honest and accurate. Mariano wants to earn your business for life, not just make a quick buck. We had such a great time working with Lucien. He helped us a great deal with our decision making, explained anything along the way that needed explanation, and made us feel like a partner in the process, not just another customer. I could go on and on, but I think by now you get the picture. Mariano & Co. is the real deal and should be high on your list of contractors to consider for your next home improvement project. Mariano & Co. did a complete remodel of our home in Chandler! They are just finishing it up and we could not be more happy with the outcome! Where to begin? I just can’t say enough good things about Mariano and Co.! This was our second time using them. The first was a partial remodel (kitchen, flooring and paint). This time, we did everything else, to bring the rest of the house up to the same, high quality, level. This was a massive job, broken up into 3 phases. We also lived in the house during the entire process (5 ½ months). We started, like last time, by meeting with the dynamic duo, Lucien and Lauren! Lucien took the time to listen to all our wishes and Lauren brough it to life with her design work. We had multiple meetings, where we could fine tune the scope of the work and design options. At no point did it feel like we were bothering them, with quick texts or emails. They always responded very quickly. We are so comfortable with Lauren that when she would present us with options, we could just say “which one would you do?” and go with that. In fact, during construction, she noticed one of the colors on the physical tile didn’t match the picture, so she came out to see us immediately, with alternative options she had prepared. During construction, you get an email, nightly with what to expect the following day. There are no surprises. Rob and his team are top notch. Steve, Scott, Richard, Jose, Carlos, Ephraim, Ryan were so professional and courteous. They got to know the kids…and the dogs! The attention to detail is fantastic. There were many times where I thought an area was completed, but they were back fine tuning it even more. Finally, they took the time to address all my punch list items. I never felt rushed for them to mark everything as complete. I also know, if something comes up, down the road, I can just reach out to our “contractor for life”!

We would recommend Lucien and his staff for anyone wishing to undertake a general home remodel and specifically kitchen remodel. The process was smooth and well planned out prior to starting any demo work. All onsite workers were considerate, friendly, professional, and diligent about getting the work done right the first time. Also, when issues did arise, Lucien took the lead in resolving the problem. Great family-owned company to work with on our project.

Had a positive experience with Mariano’s during all phases of the remodel of all bathrooms in our home. They provided guidance and responded promptly to our requests and questions. All of their employees are very courteous and conscientious. We are so pleased with their work that we have decided to begin a kitchen remodel with them as well. So glad we found Mariano’s. Mariano & Co. is my Contractor for Life. We were looking for a contractor to a large remodel of our home in Tempe, AZ. We had lived there a long time and we were empty nesters looking to change our surroundings and simplify our life. I had always wanted to live in a NYC Loft and wanted to incorporate that into our new design. After interviewing several contractors, Vic Mariano and Pete Limon walked into our lives. Vic got us hooked up with an outstanding Architect (Kevin Bain and Associates) and when the blueprints were finished, Pete Limon and Michelle Lecinski stepped in and went to work. Pete Limon, New Construction Operations Manager was responsible for All construction management including all workers and sub-contractors. He managed all the timelines, the city government, and sub-contractors and the distributors. He and his team were of the highest caliber and brought incredible skills to the table. Pete's management skills, depth of knowledge in both construction and architecture, and his uncanny ability to find things when no one else could made him an absolute joy to work with. I appreciated his flexibility and his calm patience nature especially with a very focused client like me. Pete is a true professional who was godsend to me. I would give Pete 10 Stars if I could :) Michelle Lecinski, Lead Interior Designer was responsible for taking the Architectural design and bring it to 3D Life. Michelle was a wonderful partner to work on the design with, if she couldn't find it, I would. She helped me with a lot of decisions, but what I loved most about her was her easy style and incredible depth of knowledge in design. She was an absolute professional and had great customer service skills. Our remodel completed in December 2021. We had a home addition which included 2 bedroom en suites with large walk in closets, one is ADA compliant for our handicap son, a second laundry, a powder bathroom and a great room/ living room area. Total was approx 1600sq ft of addition. We started off with another contractor who had life events change and was no longer able to continue. We were just out of the design phase, no construction had started yet. We found Mariano and they accepted the job and completed all the construction on our project. We couldn't have started in worse conditions. Covid developments brought new challenges to supply lines and quality received of some of the goods. Things I feel are way out of Mariano's hands. Having had one developer/contractor start with the planning and design and another one come behind to finish was not ideal. I wish I would have found Mariano from the start. If you are planning a job, make sure you plan with a team that can start and finish. I know that 100% of this job would have been better if we used Mariano's architect staff as well as their design team. They however, out of trying to save us money for redoing things, tried their best to go along with the plans and design that the previous builder had done for us. I wish we would have had the complete design drawn up from Mariano's. I feel we both learned a lot about taking over jobs and we are really thankful to Mariano and team, Pete, John and the rest of the guys with Mariano for their professionalism and willingness to accept this challenge and see it through. Mariano's team had much more forward thinking as the plans changed along the way a little and those little changes where big improvements on the layout. Had they not mentioned these ideas at the time they did, we could have had a lot of regret. We are thankful they helped us make those choices at the stages of development we were in. They have been really great with follow up and helping make sure we are happy. If I could change one thing that would have made this even better, it would to have found Mariano sooner and used their design team from the start. We know this could have prevented some of the issues that came up along the way and Mariano took care of them. If they were already on the drawings, it's less to worry about and better for everyone. We know Mariano had some heart burn issues along the way in that aspect and Covid caused some, I caused some and maybe others caused some, we did too, but having everything stay on a positive note throughout 95% of this build process has been a true value. We are very pleased with our home and happy to now have the room we needed to take care of our family. I feel that Mariano's team took our stress away when they could and had real empathy toward our living situation as we progressed throughout the build. I cannot quickly tell you all those details, but it was hard and I feel they truly cared and were understanding with us. Thank you Mariano, we appreciate you all! 5 plus stars

We recently hired Mariano to remodel our kitchen and master bathroom. They were great. Chris Vierkoetter walked us through the Mariano process from planning, budgeting, design, construction, and final walk through. Erin came up with a beautiful design, and personally shopped/guided us through all the material selections. The planning and execution was excellent with Mariano helping us through every stage. We received an email every night with the precise plan and plans for the next day which made it easy for us to accommodate the construction staff. We stayed in our home through the entire process and the staff were polite and experts in their field. They were quick to address any minor issues along the way. An outstanding experience. Well worth the investment. Our home looks refreshed and new.

Chris, Lauren and the whole team were terrific in remodeling our kitchen. This was our first remodeling project and Mariano was very professional, walking us through the whole process. Working with Mariano & CO has been a great experience, they did an incredible job remodeling our outdated kitchen, guest, and master bathrooms. From our very first meeting with Lucien, we experienced excellent customer service, he was also closely involved throughout the entire project. The entire team was great to work with. The daily communication between the field operations manager and the homeowners (us) kept us informed when we should expect someone to be at our house and what they were going to accomplish for the day. Planning and design went exceptionally well, Michelle and Lauren are very talented and helped us make the right choices to accomplish the design we envisioned. The crew that worked at our house are very experienced and detail oriented, Francisco, Steve, Troy, Rob, Efrain, Dave, Tom, Phil... They also cleaned up and vacuumed the worksite daily. They all were very friendly and professional; they took the time to ask our children about their day in school and sometimes even played with our new puppy, the children were sad when they left. The end result is of the highest quality, and we couldn’t be happier. I love cooking in our new kitchen, and the kids love the new showers so much they don’t want to get out.

Just had Mariano & Co do a kitchen remodel. This was my first remodel experience, and it was extremely positive from start to finish. Chris was our main point of contact throughout and was so caring and thorough in making sure we were getting everything done to our satisfaction. We just had our kitchen remodeled by Mariano & Co. and highly recommend them. Lucien was with us every step of the way from providing us with an estimate, answering questions and resolving any concerns we had throughout the remodel. The design team provided us with a kitchen design specific to our tastes; not a cookie-cutter kitchen. The kitchen would not have been created without a highly trained, experienced and skilled crew which made the kitchen a reality. We were advised each evening who to expect the next day and the crew was always on time. They were very respectful of our home and answered any questions we had during the remodel. In particular, Jacques had an acute attention to detail and was very diligent with the cabinet installation. We are very pleased with our new kitchen and grateful that we used Mariano for our remodel.

Mariano inc is the only contractor we will ever use. We are on our second full house remodel and would be lost without them. Not only are they with us every step of the way but Michele and Lauren have been lifesavers as far as design. The Mariano designers were patient with us as we changed cabinet colors a few times before deciding on the final design. Their expertise steered us in the right direction as we chose color and styles for our kitchen remodel. We’re anxious to see the finished product once demo begins later this month.

I recently worked with Mariano & Co. to complete a bathroom remodel. Everyone involved was professional, punctual, and always worked with care and attention. When minor issues were identified, the team always had options and potential solutions to hand, and treated the property like it was their own. The final result looks fantastic and almost identical to the initial renderings. I’d absolutely work with the company again.

Work completed: Total kitchen remodel, new floors downstairs, new stair rail installation, rewire of kitchen lighting and switches, gas appliance connection installation, removal of waste, new baseboard installed, crown molding install, and new light fixture installation. We started out design in April, ordered materials in June, started construction in September, and completed construction/punch list at the end of November. Excellent overall experience. The entire team was involved and responsive throughout the entire experience. Michelle made out design process incredibly easy. She chauffeured us around to several different sites to pick out all the details and countertops. She made the whole design process feel like we were first class customers. She has great taste and gave us just enough options to ensure that we never hit decision paralysis . Lucien was forthright with everything about the job and I never felt disillusioned about what to expect or how much I was paying. All of the members were trustworthy and helpful, especially Steve and Cody. At one point our children accidentally let the dog out and Steve stopped working to help get the dog back into the house. The also ensured that the worksite was cleaned up daily and before they left for the weekend. Jim gave us daily updates on what work was going to be completed for the day and who would be arriving. He was always accurate about who would be on the job. He also clearly communicated when things were not going according to plan. This was a rare occurrence. When it came to closing out the job we reviewed the contract together and settled any discrepancies. I also pointed out all of the details I wanted addressed. Everyone of them was handled to our satisfaction. I will definitely be using them again in the future to redo my upstairs and add in a pool. Honestly can't say enough great things. A must if you want to support local business!

We searched several contractors before deciding on Mariano's from researching them on-line to remodel our bathroom. The entire staff was very helpful and patient with my wife and I throughout the remodel. Professional and friendly employees. The finished product definitely meets our expectations. Few minor hiccups, but Lucien and Jim made sure that everything is up to par. I'd surely recommend Mariano's to friends and would use them again.

Mariano & Co. remodeled our Master Bath and we will be using them again to remodel our Guest Bathrooms. Communication is top notch. There are constantly people on site to answer questions. We recently moved to AZ and experienced a flood in our home. We were provided a list of several contractors, but after our initial meeting with Lucien we knew we found OUR contractor. Lucien listened to our ideas and provided his professional expertise to help us devise a plan within our budget. Lucien was also very helpful in dealing with our insurance company. Their interior designers, Michelle & Erin, provided wonderful options and ideas on products, colors and designs that brought my wife's ideas to reality. The entire Mariano team of contractors that have worked on our home are extremely skilled and talented in their expertise. They are hard-working and completed their work expeditiously. What is most impressive about them is their attention to detail and their desire to complete their work perfectly. You would think they were working on their home. We struggled being new to Arizona finding a contractor for a kitchen remodel for a house we just purchased, until we came upon Mariano & Co. After our initial meeting with them, we felt very positive about moving forward but wanted to confirm this with doing a reference check. We were given numerous previous customers who unanimously couldn't say enough good things about their experience. Having just completed our project, we can be added to this list of satisfied customers. From design and planning to completion, there were no surprises. There were numerous individuals who worked on our project and each and everyone of them were professional, courteous, timely, and attentive to our needs. Feedback from friends and family on the end result were very complimentary including how our kitchen looked like it came out of a magazine.

We just completed our third project with Marianos. My wife and I are very pleased with quality of work and the timing of the project. Our latest project included complete renovations of two bathrooms, replacement of all the tiling on our main floor as well as new lighting in several areas. Planning started with an in-home walkthrough to collect information on our needs and concepts for what we were looking for. Marianos provided us with an itemized work statement that included the tasks to be completed and baseline costs. Next, we met with their design team at their beautiful showroom. They had two professional designers show us the material options and they even did a mock-up so we could see how the colors and textures worked together. The designers provided design drawings that helped to visualize the layouts and then went with us to the suppliers to help with the selection of lights, mirrors, faucets, towel rack and other items we needed. Marianos has an outstanding crew of tradesmen that demonstrated excellent workmanship and behavior during the project. The work was completed in a timely manner and all issues that arose during the project were dealt with effectively. We wanted to emphasize how working with the project manager assigned to us gave us confidence as the work progressed. He is knowledgeable and pragmatic and whenever we had a decision to make, he provided thoughtful advice. We were very impressed with his communications. Every day he provided concise notes on what to expect on the following work day and who would be working in our home. He even provided us with daily updates when we took a week of vacation to make way for the removal and replacement of the tile in our kitchen and family room. I spent most of my career in engineering management and appreciated this level of professionalism.

I love, love, love my new kitchen! Mariano & Co. did an outstanding job remodeling our home. They far exceeded our expectations. The scope of our remodel was large: Completely new kitchen (cabinets, island, new splash, appliances, tile floor etc.) We also replaced ALL flooring in the house and brand new master bathroom (again, completely gutted and everything new). Too much to list in this review. I cannot imagine doing this with any other contractor! First, the owners are perfectionists and demand quality from all their subs. I was a tough customer as I scrutinized every little item. Not once did I get push back; in fact they went beyond my craziness to make it even better. The in house designer did a magnificent job transforming our dark brown space to an updated light and comfortable home! We interviewed four contractors, and although Mariano was not cheapest (and not the most expensive either) we got the best feeling from their professionalism and experience. We could not be happier and the results speak for themselves. We are almost done and I will post more pictures as the painting is completed. I had to get this review done because they deserve it and YOU need to know to stop looking and hire them no matter how large or small your project is!

We recently reached out to this company to give us a quote on a fireplace remodel. They were very responsive initially and quickly came out to survey the job. We were told we would have a quote a week later but were then told they needed to rework the quote in order to become compliant with code. We appreciated the heads up and had no problem waiting the couple extra days. The couple days passed and we were then told they need an extra week. After not hearing anything, we emailed and made follow up calls with no response. We had to call the main office to explain our situation and were told to expect a call back. We were called by the owner, who apologized, and were told we would have our quote the following Monday. We have not received any communication from then since. We hired Mariano & Co to renovate our kitchen. They did an amazing job! Not only is our kitchen beautiful but they were very professional. I’ve dealt with a number of contractors over the years, but none comes even close to Vic and his crew. I can’t say enough about their customer service, promptness, honesty and quality of work. Vic has done several remodel projects for my mother over the last few years - kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and tile floors throughout the condo. After my mom passed away unexpectedly, I quickly made a trip to AZ for a week to take care of things. While I was there, I called Vic to have a minor repair made on short notice. Vic had someone there the next day, did the repair, and didn’t even charge me because he said mom was a good customer. Then, the day before I flew home the garage door spring broke and the door wouldn’t open. I called several garage door companies but none could schedule the repair on such short notice. I called Vic out of desperation and he called a garage door contractor that he often used and the repair was made immediately before I had to fly home. What contractor do you know who is willing to do 2 short notice repairs without making a cent doing it? All because he said my mother was a good customer and a good person.

When Lloyd Knox of Mariano & Co showed up at our house to estimate our kitchen remodeling job--the only remodel in 104 years--he took a ring off his finger and placed it on the floor. It accelerated across the kitchen toward the living room. The noise it made sounded like the ringing of a cash register. It confirmed that the entire floor would have to be replaced. Mariano's merits include the gumption to take on a remodeling job that resembled restoration. The kitchen was part of a handmade house whose adobe walls were made onsite in 1916 by diverting an irrigation ditch to the property. The east wall alone weighs an estimated 12,300 pounds, and what it has lacked in being plumb and square it more than made up for in stability. The craftsmen and project reps were skillful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to meet and talk to. Francisco did meticulous work in installing the porcelain tile. Jim caught a joint misalignment in the granite backsplash and had the subcontractor redo it the next day. Estimated arrival times and completion dates were spot-on. I and my wife recommend the Mariano team.

A wonderful group of professionals that had incredible follow through from the beginning of the remodel to the very end. A great team that executes and delivers. Communication between their staff is tremendous, and carries over to the customer in terms of emails the night before in order to let you know each day who will be at your home, what the job will encompass for the day and what time they will arrive. Never was disappointed in any part of the experience. Will absolutely use Mariano and Co for any future remodeling needs. Definitely had a 5 star experience. Awesome team.

This was our first ever remodel experience and we could not be happier. They did an excellent job helping us with design and explaining things that were not clear to us. We received daily communications with schedule updates, which was wonderful. And most importantly, the remodel of our master bathroom and kitchen turned out great! I would absolutely choose to work with them again.

We converted a loft + 1/2 bath into a full master suite with a full standin shower and walk in closet. Very impressed with the work. The team was very thorough and professional. Timely communication. I had my bathroom remodeled and house painted. I was quite picky about the design, product (tiles, glass, etc.), and paint. And they took the time to make sure it was perfect to my liking before proceeding with the remodel, which I know created extra stress and effort on their part. Let me start by saying a lot of contractors talk a good game when they come out to quote a job. Everything sounds amazing and they make it sound like you will be treated as if you’re their only job. Fast forward to the middle of the job and you end up feeling like your lost in the contractor’s schedule. I think we’ve all come to expect that’s just how it goes. Well not anymore for us! Mariano and Co. not only made everything sound amazing at the first appointment, but they actually follow through and make the whole experience awesome! When they say “contractor for life” (and they say it quite a bit haha), they mean it. Our job consisted of a full kitchen remodel, new tile flooring and a complete interior change of paint color. From the moment we started discussing things with Vic, Lucien and Lauren, we felt as though we were going to be well taken care of. They have clearly been doing this for a long time and know all the ins and outs of what questions to ask and what direction to take the conversation / design ideas in. Most people will have an idea of what they want the finished product to look like. Lucien and Lauren made sure to listen to our ideas, but then add / suggest things that we had never thought of. At times we even felt Lauren was more excited about the selections we made for our kitchen than we were! Not to say we weren’t excited about them, but you can tell she really loves what she does. Lucien does a great job of “point man” on the project. He was great to bounce ideas off of and had made some really great suggestions along the way. His (actually the whole team’s) response time to questions, was amazing. Usually same day, at worst, the following morning. Mariano and Co. use an app called Builder Trend. This app is constantly updated / monitored by the whole team. You can view your running job total, change orders, send messages, check payments, etc. It is always up to date. Every night you get a message though the app telling you what will be happening the following day. Even if it’s nothing. You always know what to expect, who to expect and what time to expect them. Not once was the evening message wrong. While we weren’t living in our house for the bulk of the job, we did visit the house quite a bit and got to know some of the guys on the crews (Emile and Seth made a great combo!). They are all very friendly and would even humor our kids with the endless questions they would ask! Lloyd, Mike and Jim did a great job of coordinating everything from demo to clean up. The whole crew just seems like one happy family. We’ve found our contractor for life and can’t wait to use them for our next project! Thank you Mariano and Co.

We recently had Mariano & Co., LLC renovate our Laundry Room. This is our second project with the Mariano Team. Last year, they renovated our Master Bathroom and Guest Bathroom. We were so impressed by the quality of their work that we engaged them again for our Laundry Room update. The photos below show the Laundry Room just prior to the start of the renovation work. They don't show the complete "Before" situation for the North Wall was completely stuffed with clutter and the area to the left of the washer and dryer was similarly cluttered because the only true storage in the room was the cabinetry above the washer and dryer. Obviously, we wanted to add a sink in the update. We also wanted to make sure that there was a space to hang wet or dry garments, a place for dirty laundry and as much storage area as possible with provisions for a vacuum cleaner, brooms, mops, etc. The Mariano Team was able to deliver this wish list with innovative solutions that used their standard cabinetry. The use of standard cabinets instead of custom cabinets (which they also can provide) kept the cost of our renovation in check When completed, the Laundry Room met, and in many cases, exceeded our expectations. My wife keeps saying that she loves her new Laundry Room because everything has its place (especially the location of the dirty laundry next to the washer) and the room looks beautiful while being completely functional. The "After" photos of the Laundry Room illustrate the function and the beauty of our new Laundry Room and show the dirty laundry storage next to the washer and the storage for our vacuum cleaner, mops and brooms Everything that was in the room before the renovation (including all the items that were part of the clutter in the North Wall nook and the area to the left of the washer and dryer) are stored in the cabinets and surprisingly, there are a number of "open shelves" in the cabinets. Some other items of note are that the work was all completed on schedule. As usual for the Mariano Team, each upcoming day's work schedule was detailed along with the names of the individuals coming to the house, in an e-mail sent the night before the work was to be performed. No work on the project was started until the design was agreed upon and the Mariano Team provided an experienced designer to help with the project layout, colors and material selection and coordination with existing materials in the house. All in all, we are pleased with the project and the responsiveness and quality work of the Mariano Team.

Working with Mariano’s was a pleasure from start to finish. We could really tell they take pride in every aspect from the initial design down to the final touch ups. Mariano’s gave a fair and detailed estimate, and there were no hidden costs. We were kept informed daily about what was planned for the next day and they finished on time. It was beautiful! The.Mariano team did a full home renovation to our 30 year old rental that had never been updated. Vic has an amazing eye for possibilities. His team was outstanding. They’re all seasoned, experienced, skilled professionals. Lloyd our project manager kept us in the loop during the entire process. Their team members arrived on time, picked up everyday and were always courteous and respectful. I highly recommend Team Mariano for your renovation needs. They also sold our main home in 3 weeks; two cash offers! This was a 6 month project,

DO. NOT. USE. They tore up our house and bathrooms based on a design that wouldn’t work due to their mismeasurement. The architectural plans on May 4 show their design wouldn’t work. Work was started on May 14 without our being told this. I have had no working kitchen, no foundation in the bathrooms, and a hole in the exterior since May. My new appliances and cabinets that were to be reused were put on the back patio and left there all summer (AZ). They refused to take responsiblity for the sun/weather damage. The owner said, “Mariano and Company WILL not be fixing sun damage on 40 year old cabinets. You can cross that off your list.” Bullied into using their vendors for their convenience. Emails are not responded to in a timely manner and are only partially answered. Took over 2 months and 5 requests to get 2 change orders. Hard to figure out the costs because they are never given to you up front. A completion date was never given. They required all communication to be through buildertrend. They have pulled our access to this after we said we were filing a complaint.

Starting from estimate to the completion of our project, Mariano and Company was great at communication, professionalism and schedule. Vic - the owner of the company was very personable. Lauren, the in-house designer was very helpful - anytime we had any concerns, she was right there to answer our questions. Lloyd, the PM would email us every evening to let us know what was going to happen the next day and what is to be expected. They took care of our home as their own and left it every evening clean and debris free. As a perfectionist and a professional who works with a commercial general contractor, I was and am happy that I hired Mariano and Company to have an amazing project that was completed on time and on budget. I would hire them again for any of our future projects and would recommend them to our family and friends.

We recently completed a renovation of two bathrooms in our 20 year old house. After a review of several contractors, we choose Mariano and CO, LLC. In our initial meeting, Vic Mariano answered all of our questions and posed several of his own to make sure that he understood all of our needs and wishes. Vic and his designer, Chelsea Wagner, transformed our thoughts into a carefully chosen design and a detailed layout for each room. We made it a condition of the renovation to always have a shower available during construction and Mariano & CO was able to accommodate us. Each day, we received and e-mail detailing the work to be performed the next day with a list of who would be doing the work and when they would arrive at our house. Each day, Lloyd Knox and/or Mike Jones (and sometimes Vic and Chelsea) would inspect the job to make sure that Mariano & CO standards and schedule were being maintained. The Mariano & CO trade workers, Steve, Jeff, Saul and others as well as some individual contractors they brought in for specialized work all treated our house as if it were their own. They cleaned up at the end of every day. The way that I looked at their work was if there was a short cut or the right way to do their work, they always seemed to chose the right way. We ended up with two new bathrooms that my wife is proudly showing off to our friends and neighbors. You can't go wrong in choosing Mariano and CO, LLC as your contractor if you are looking for excellent work at a fair price, by a contractor who does what he says he will on a tightly scheduled work plan.

When talking to Vic during our planning stage, he came up with a great idea on how to make our walk in shower wider by getting rid of the mirrored sliding closet doors and going to a single door with a mirror on it. Another suggestion was making the longer vanity shorter and adding a linen cabinet. Awesome ideas! We were treated with respect and so was our home. They protected our floors and did what they could to minimize dust. Once our vanities were delivered those were protected too. There was excellent communication during the process. We received nightly emails stating the time, the names of the professionals that would be coming and the goal for that day. They listened to my special needs and took great care when placing grab bars and the height of the wet and dry benches. We would and have recommended them.

We recently finished our bathroom remodel. I can't say enough good things about working with Mariano & Company. From the moment we first walked into their office until the completion of the job, they were always professional and had excellent knowledge and guidance in helping us achieve the remodel we desired. I don't see how you could possibly beat the quality of workmanship, not to mention the courteous and caring attitude of the workers. Everyone genuinely wanted to make sure that we were happy with the project and whenever we had questions, they were immediately addressed to our satisfaction. The Mariano team was amazing!!! The project was very extensive, a total gut job. Everything was taken down to the studs and built back up. New kitchen, bathrooms, doors, trim, flooring, lighting, etc. They were very responsive to any questions I had, they communicated regularly, and kept me abreast of any new issues that came up. They even went above and beyond by even taking care of exterior items that came up during escrow and which they were not responsible for. They helped me close on time and made the process very pleasant. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

My wife and I have been wanting to remodel our Master Bedroom/Bathroom for a few years now. We finally decided to bite the bullet and hired Vic and his team based off a strong recommendation from my coworker who had hired Mariano to do their Kitchen remodel. I'm so glad we chose to go with Mariano & Co! Right off the bat Lloyd came out for the consultation in a timely manner and listened to all of our requests. I already had a strong idea of what I wanted done with the remodel. Lloyd took that info back to the Mariano & Co team and we had a quote within a week. Some of my ideas were a little more expensive than I had realized and Lloyd worked with me to get the costs down. By just keeping the plumbing and electrical in their current place we saved a ton of money and were able to meet my original budget for the project. Once the contract was signed, we got to work with Chelsea who took us to pick out our tile, countertops and fixtures. Chelsea was so much fun to work with. Plus her beautiful renderings of the new bathroom really allowed us to verify that Mariano & Co really understood our vision before the project got underway. All of the contractors working on the project were very professional. My wife is very OCD and found a few tiny chips in two tiles and Lloyd had his team come out and fix the issues right away. We couldn't be happier with how our project turned out. Mariano & Co was able to complete our Master remodel in under a month. They turned my vision into a reality and I highly recommend the Mariano & Co team.

This will be a long detailed review but I have worked with Mariano & Co. quite a bit this past year and am so happy with the result I continue to hire them for more. So far we have had an entire dining room wall and pony wall removed. Shiplap extended to match existing shiplap. Ceiling lights moved and ceilings patched and painted. Electrical moved, new switches and dimmers installed, new paint, and new chandeliers hung. We are currently nearing the end of our beautiful full kitchen remodel with them. We will be starting a bathroom remodel shortly followed by our laundry room, master bath, and patio posts in our back yard. All will be done by Mariano & Co. Pics will be posted soon. Because we are doing so much in our home when choosing a contractor we not only wanted a 5 star experience but we wanted to feel like we were working with friends. That has been our experience with Mariano & Co. Everyone from Vic, Lloyd, Lauren, Jeff, and Steve, to name a few, are great. Remodeling your home is not without small hiccups but their crew is always on top of any and all issues. They do exceptional work and always want to make sure I am happy with my result. I'd also like to add that I have children in the home. I have had bad experiences in the past with workers coming in acting rude, frustrated, cursing under their breath, or just strange. When you hire outside help you should never feel uncomfortable in your own home. This is simply not acceptable around my children. Mariano & Co workers are respectful, kind, quiet as possible, and will even laugh with my kiddos and joke around. I cannot stress how respectful and just cool they all are.They are very aware of their surroundings on the job sight and take extra care in working around kiddos in the home. That to me as a mom is priceless. They are also great to my dogs. Bonus. Their crews take great care in covering your furniture during construction, lining and covering your floors where they will be working, covering all light fixtures etc. They also clean up after themselves as if they were never here. Even during the demo when they finish for the day all supplies are tucked neatly out of our way and everything is organized. Something I greatly appreciate. It's bad enough having your home tore up. Tripping over building materials and tools is a pain. I'd also like to mention that although I know exactly what I want I pride myself on being incredibly kind and quite laid back. With that said I have had other workers mistake my kindness for weakness and will take advantage of that by "getting to my project when they can." Being the "nice" client can sometimes backfire . At Mariano & Co that is simply not the case. All my work is done in a timely manner and done beautifully. These are incredibly talented hard working people. Lloyd our foreman is also fantastic with communication. I am always in the loop with what is happening during my project receiving nightly emails so I know what time a crew will be arriving the next morning and who will be showing up as well as what they will be working on that day. When ordering supplies like counters or cabinets Lloyd always keeps me up to date regarding time frames or delays. They also do not get upset or offended when you are unhappy with any aspect. Again sometimes there are hiccups when remodeling. Lloyd and his crew welcome constructive feedback so they can adjust the issue quickly and move on with a happy client. Lauren, my favorite designer on the Mariano & Co team is a powerhouse of knowledge and assistance. Believe me I know what I want but can't always find it. Lauren usually gets back to me within minutes sometimes seconds with an answer or to let me know she is working on it. She takes great pride in her position and it shows. She is also incredibly patient and understanding with my learning curve and always has additional ideas for me. Chelsea was also great hunting down the exact tile back splash I wanted. I had absolutely no information whatsoever on the type of tile I wanted just a rough description and she found it for me. Service like this is why I continue to hire Mariano & Co. If you love a gorgeous result, up to date communication, and polite hard working crews in your home look no further. The bathroom renovation project Mariano and Co did for us was the first time either of us had major work done on a house we were living in. We didn't really know what to expect other than the horror stories that we had heard from other people of contractors not showing up or showing up out of the blue at random times. We were pleasantly surprised with the good communication Mariano and Co provided throughout the process. We were also very nervous about making decisions about materials. They worked with us to find the balance of figuring out what we wanted but not dictating what we should do. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding and we've had tons of compliments on the finished product from friends and family. We're both very pleased and will definitely use them again for our next project.

The entire team were a pleasure to work with and created a beautiful bathroom for my girls. I was very pleased that they provided a designer to help select the finishes. Lauren and Chelsea provided a lot of hours to helping me select flooring, shower tile, cabinet and countertop, hardware, and paint color so that the end result would be perfect. They also put together a design board with all the finishes, so that I could see how it all came together beautifully. As I am a very visual person, this really helped eliminate any doubts that I might have had along the way. Mike was excellent in communicating with me daily, once construction began, to let me know what to expect on a day-to-day basis. He was often at the house, inspecting the work in progress. Lloyd was also very helpful in answering all my questions and providing the initial design advice. Thank you to all.

My wife and I had been planning to renovate our kitchen for years. We prepared notes and sketches of what we wanted to achieve and interviewed four local contractors to get their advise and proposals. Vic listened to our ideas thoughtfully and gave us advice on how to the get the best value for the budget we had. We compared the proposals from all 4 contractors carefully and decided to work with Mariano & Co. Next we met with Vic's full team and developed designs and drawings over the next few weeks. At one point we were way over budget and Vic was able to work with the team and come up with creative ideas that met with both our design objectives and budget. The kitchen was completed on schedule and the workmanship is excellent. The staff were professional and great to work with. We love the space and functionality that was created. We had a major leak in both bathrooms. We had another company lined up to do the remodel but it was very difficult to communicate with them and we are so glad we found Mariano & Co. Lloyd was our project manager and kept us informed every step of the way and made sure that the project was completed on schedule. Lauren (designer) was a delightful surprise and was extremely helpful! The quality of the materials and work is top-notch and I just love my bathrooms! The whole crew went above and beyond our expectations! I highly recommend Mariano & Co!

Vic & Crew did a wonderful job on our remodel. We had a different situation as we lived out of state, but Vic kept us informed with videos of work in progress. After working with Lloyd, we changed the layout of the kitchen which was for the better. More than just a kitchen remodel, we had a wall torn out and tile throughout the majority of the house, new French door, new windows in back. Before the project began we were in Mesa and Lauren spent 3-4 days with us deciding on tile, countertop, backsplash, etc. She did such a great job helping us on these big decisions; we couldn’t have done it without her. Mariano & Company was always pleasant, kept us informed, and did all that we asked and more. The input from VIc’s crew was invaluable. We did not see the completed remodel until we arrived in Nov. We were thrilled. A beautiful job. Thank you.

We have just completed our fourth project with Mariano & Co. and, once again, have been over-the-top satisfied with their work quality and professionalism. Team Mariano shows up on time, is courteous, does amazing work and cleans up each day before they leave. They react quickly to concerns and communicate effectively regarding what the next day will bring. Their design team is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and works well with budget constraints! We would not hesitate to recommend Mariano & Co. (and have many times) for any project!

The project outcome was better than expected. The staff were very trustworthy and great to work with. Project lead LLoyd and their designer, Lauren, were outstanding in providing suggestions. Did not like the contracted painter but the customer follow up was excellent. I will plan to use them in the future and highly recommend them.

My husband and I found our dream home in Mesa, AZ...it had everything we were looking for and then some. What it lacked was an updated kitchen. I LOVE to cook, and we LOVE to entertain. We knew the kitchen was the heart of the home. We have two girls and knew we wanted a big island for the whole family to sit, eat, chat and enjoy. And we needed a pantry. After doing some research online and coming across Houzz.com...we read other past clients reviews of Mariano &Co, and gave them a call. From START TO FINISH their professionalism was front and center. Lloyd and Vic presented us with a quote based on our budget and got us pretty close to it (if not for my husband's expensive taste ;)). And Lauren, their design consultant, helped us pick soft warm color tones and tile to help brighten and open the space the kitchen so desperately needed. Our home is unique in that it has beautiful wood ceilings and oak wood floors. With that much brown...Lauren's eye matched what we wanted in terms of warmth without "cabin" feel. I think we nailed it! The quality of work turned out clean, beautiful, and the cabinets are worth their weight in gold. You pay for custom cabinets and that is what you get...CUSTOM! Every item was custom. And to top it off, they met a deadline we had in place which was not easy by any means! However they made it happen and I was beyond thankful. We would recommend this contractor to anyone who wants quality product. Set your budget ahead of time, and Mariano will detail down to the drilled hole's needed for hardware into your budget. Having a quote with each item detailed and accounted for in our total budget was huge in terms of keeping us on track, but also setting proper expectations. Our friends and family have fallen in love with our new kitchen as much as we have.

We developed a leak in our 11 year-old master bath shower which forced us to consider a replacement or a remodel. Being relatively new to Arizona and having heard contractor horror stories, we set out to find a dependable honest contractor, who would complete a quality job for us at a competitive price. We researched contractors on the internet, attended the Home Show in Phoenix, and checked with friends and relatives for referrals. We identified three contractors who we thought would do a good job for us. We subsequently met with each of them and obtained three (3) quotes. We decided to go with Mariano & Co., LLC, who we found on Houzz.com and are very grateful that we did! At first what impressed us with Mariano & Co., LLC was that they were the only company (besides quoting a standard replacement for the existing shower} that offered suggestions on alternate designs to modernize the look of the shower and improve the value of our home. They have a designer (Lauren) on staff. We were so happy with other suggestions they made, that we decided to upgrade our vanity tops and dual sinks as well. On the first day of construction, the owner (Vic Mariano) and his staff, plus two construction crew, all met at our home to kick off the project. For the next three (3) weeks the construction crew arrived on-time, worked under the skilled management of Lloyd, while Mike insured that the needed materials were always there. All were extremely professional, courteous, conscientious and true craftsmen. Every member of Team Mariano played an integral job in bringing our project to completion, exceeding expectations and ahead of schedule. Mariano & Co., LLC will be “Our Contractor for Life”. We highly recommend their “5 STAR” experience for all of your construction needs!

Mariano did a terrific job on our master bathroom! We are so pleased with it. Vic, Lloyd, Mike, and all the others at Mariano were great to work with – careful, courteous, and professional. They worked with a design we had already chosen but also provided some great input to achieve a beautiful result. Their willingness to team with our designer was much appreciated. They were very helpful and flexible. The quality of their work is outstanding!

We were on a strict budget and Vic, the owner, worked with us to make sure that we could get what we wanted done within our budget. He also followed up and addressed any issues we had even weeks after the job was complete (which turned out to be our fault). :D The workers were friendly and conscientious and Lloyd was a wealth of information and design tips. We have had a lot of workers in over the past few weeks and they have been the best by far!

We had an amazing experience with the Remodel of our Kitchen. Vic, Lloyd & all the crew where fun to have around. I enjoyed the design aspect of going to the store and picking out granite, tile, and back splash with Lloyd. Our kitchen is done, and i pinch myself every time i walk in. AMAZING!! It's so pretty.
