We had a wonderful experience with Thayer Design Build. They remodeled our primary bathroom, guest bathroom, and downstairs half bath, and the results exceeded our expectations. Their design team quickly understood our style and created a beautiful plan with colors and finishes that fit our home and lifestyle perfectly. During construction, the project manager was thoughtful, organized, and very respectful of our schedule, which made the process as smooth as possible. We also appreciated how the general manager checked in regularly to make sure we were happy and to see if there was anything they could do to improve our experience. The quality, communication, and customer care were outstanding from start to finish. We would absolutely recommend Thayer Design Build and would give them six stars out of five!

We worked with Thayer Design Build to do a refresh of our kitchen. We were extremely impressed by their professionalism, craftsmanship, and communication. Attention to detail was superb, especially since ours was a refresh and not a complete remodel. That means that they had to adjust and work within the confines of those elements that weren't changing. They listened to our needs and came up with creative solutions to the challenges of our space. Not only were they conscientious, taking great care of our home, they were also friendly and easy to work with. We highly recommend this firm.

They built a new carport and deck for me and did a great job. The final result is beautiful and functional.

The Thayer team completely redesigned and built our kitchen. They were masterful every step of the way from design to completion. We were kept in the loop throughout the process and they never fell behind their timeline. The craftspeople were friendly and very detail-oriented. My wife even got flowers from them after an unexpected surgery! Highly recommended with absolutely no reservations!

Thayer's team worked closely with us in the design phase to dial in as many details as possible, then constantly checked in with us, tweaking direction and details, to keep everything tracking to our vision and preferences. In addition, they were really accommodating with the kitchen space, as our pantry and refrigerator were still our only food storage--so we were able to continue eating "mostly" at home while our kitchen was torn down to studs and subfloor. They fixed details in the final work I didn't even notice, and did a couple changes, e.g. reframing a window that was very slightly out of horizontal, that made our kitchen/bedroom full remodel feel just perfect. We are thrilled with the results.

Thayer is a great company to work with. They show up on time everyday, clean up at the end of each day, they give you a work timeline and stick to it and they stay on budget. Everyone is professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

We were completely impressed with Thayer Design Build throughout our kitchen remodeling project. Natalie, our Interior Designer, listened and developed plans that reflected our needs and wants for the new space. During construction we came to completely trust our project manager and greatly appreciated Jeff’s attention to detail and level of care that he brought to the project. Thayer Design Build designed and built us a garage addition with roof terrace. The whole process was very smooth and everything went like clockwork, finishing within a day of schedule on a multi-month project. We were especially appreciative of their creativity in meeting some tricky design requirements for the layout, communication in working with us to incorporate some uncommon features, and attention to detail. The whole crew really cared about the project, and repeatedly went the extra mile to improve the final product.
