I cannot say enough about how wonderful working with Joe was. He was an absolute pro from beginning to end. The process with him was painless and he had fantastic insights. He also made suggestions that took our hallway / guest room renovation and elevated it beyond anything I could have imagined. His work is beautiful and pristine and he is extremely buttoned up when it comes to staying on budget and communicating any issues or additional costs that come up. I live in an 1850’s home in a historical village. While my home was in great shape, it was in need of some serious updating/renovation. RoSal was recommended to me by a mutual friend. I was impressed with Joe from the beginning. He was there with me from Day 1 of the project – recommending an architect who understood old homes and review boards in historical districts and getting me all the specs I needed to get my permits. Joe then worked with me to develop a budget not only for his work but for all the subcontractors and homeowners costs. Where I didn’t have a sub-contractor, Joe recommended someone. He worked closely with all of them to plan out the work. From there, we started construction. My son has asthma and we had lead paint issues. Joe went above and beyond to keep air quality safe in our home for my son. He also worked with me to stage the construction so that we could live in the house during renovations – this was a huge cost savings and no easy feat. One of the keys with a historic home is how to blend your renovation in with the existing home. So often, it is easy to tell where the renovation started and the house doesn’t feel seamless. If you walked into my home, you could not tell where the old house was and where the new house is. I attribute that all to Joe. He thought of so many small details – like making sure new doors matched old doors and new trim matched existing trim, and so many other little details. Whenever we ran into unexpected issues, Joe had creative and cost-effective solutions to address them. As someone who had never gone through a major renovation before (we basically took the entire back of the house off, rebuilt it, added an addition to first and second floor, reconfigured the entire second floor and added a brand new kitchen), I didn’t realize how important trust in your contractor would be. I trust Joe and RoSal implicitly. I would never work with anyone else. Joe’s knowledge of construction, his skill at his trade, his drive for excellence, his focus on controlling costs, his ability to manage sub-contractors, his ability to keep on budget and schedule, his attention to detail, his communication skills are all superb. I would highly recommend Joe and RoSal contracting for any job you might have. They are simply the best!

RoSal renovated our kitchen and bathroom and created one large space in our living area. Joe and his team were professional, reliable and trustworthy - and wonderful with our children and pets! They kept us sane during what could have been a stressful time. We have received many compliments on our new space and how seamless the work is. Every sub-contractor hired by Joe went above and beyond. We have recommended RoSal to our friends and will continue to use Joe for our home renovation needs!

RoSal reinstalled a new exterior door for me, when I had the misfortune to initially use a handyman to install it, who was incompetent at best. Joe and his assistant assessed what needed to be done to fix the poor installation, and removed and reinstalled the door as it should have been done originally. They repaired the frame the handyman had damaged with his poor attempt at installation, added the proper flashing/waterproofing prep required, and aligned and reinstalled it properly. They were professional, neat, polite, and extremely competent and pleasant to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend and use them again myself for quality workmanship. They take pride in their work, and deliver what is promised.

RoSal Enterprises renovated our master bathroom and did an outstanding job! Joe and his team were very professional, courteous, reliable, and trustworthy - and all workers including subcontractors kept our home very clean during the whole process. All questions/requests were addressed thoroughly and we were kept very well informed on the progress of the project. The work was done on time and within the budget, with an excellent outcome.

ROSAL Enterprises transformed our simple 1920’s lakeside cottage into an amazing, modern, year round family gathering place while keeping its original charm and beauty. And they did it on time and within budget; exceeding our expectations on every level. Our renovation had major challenges: the roof was collapsing, the foundation had failed, and the waterfront site was subject to extensive regulations. Yet there wasn’t any construction or design or budget challenge that ROSAL couldn’t help us solve optimally. Joe’s commercial contracting experience and Virginia’s project management skills were key to our project's success. They worked with the finest sub-contractors and were terrific communicators. Although we were rarely available to meet them onsite, their ongoing project and budget updates kept us working together in real time to make the best decisions for the highest quality end result. Joe and Virginia Constantino are the ultimate in professionalism, expertise, craftsmanship and personal integrity. We have the utmost confidence recommending them for any job, big or small.

Joe and his team redid our bathroom. It was a difficult job because nothing in our bathroom was standard. Every "surprise" (e.g. rotted floor under tiles, leaking seal around toilet, wrong wall board behind shower tile, cast iron tub that had to be broken up to be removed....) was dealt with professionally and with great results. We couldn't be more pleased with our "new" bathroom. This is not the first job RoSal has done for us, although it is the biggest to date, we would absolutely use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. RoSal treats your home with care, covers everything and cleans up as they go!!

We purchased our home in 2016. It had a number of problems to take care of. Among them were defective sliding doors. Joe assessed the problems we had in a professional manor, informed us of recommended solutions, gave us a realistic estimate, and proceeded with the work. He never minded when we came to see what was going on. During the work, another issue emerged. He informed us that it was not included in the estimate and gained our consent before making this repair. Joe's work is of the highest quality. In one set of doors the underlying frame was rotted out and had to be rebuilt. Pressure treated lumber replaced the untreated wood. Insulation was replaced. The resulting structure was neat, sound and weather-tight. The door operates perfectly. Another set of sliding doors was able to be rehabbed, and, again, the result was excellent. We are glad these issues were resolved before the recent snowstorm. I believe we would have had water seeping into the house otherwise! We cannot recommend him highly enough and have other tasks lined up with him as we can afford them.

Joe Installed new windows for me. He was extremely professional, prompt and very clean. The job got done fast and came out amazing. There's no one else I would recommend for new construction or remodel work. We were really lucky to have found Rosal.

Joe and his associates Miles and Eric did an excellent for our home. They are thoughtful and will to take the time to answer questions in addition to doing a job well done. We had various projects completed by Joe and his team over the last couple of months including new Window Installation, Roof and Carpentry. We highly recommend Rosal Enterprises.
