My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I attribute a lot of my personal style to 'West Coast' living and love refreshing homes with a Bright + Clean + Airy feel. I specialize in many different styles of design: Boho-Modern, Scandinavian and Transitional. I also love mixing clean lines with vintage touches. With over 15 years experience, I have extensive expertise in New Build construction, Full Renovations and Room Refresh / Re-designs. Nara and her team were instrumental in designing my new condo. She truly listened to my budget needs and what I was looking for in terms of aesthetic, and she provided an array of options for me to choose from, whether it was furniture, wall decor, tile, or lighting fixtures. This was my first home purchase, and I was very indecisive about many details - she helped me to hone my vision and walked me through the process, step-by-step. I sincerely believe I couldn't have done it without her - couldn't recommend more.

Nara is AMAZING!! I hired her to stage a condo in Chicago and she was spot on! She has true talent and a great eye for design! Thanks to her staging - the condo was under contract within 24hrs and with multiple offers!! If she didn't move from Chicago she would've been my go to gal for all of my Chicago homes. I have been selling real estate for over 14 yrs, and I have seen hundreds of homes and styles and I can spot talent - Nara's got it!! I would hire her in a heartbeat! Nara also helped one of my friends Design and refresh her home, she was over the moon excited about how her home turned out!

Michelle directed her team and was very focused on delivering a complete and timely project. Her color selections and design really did make our home warm and very enjoyable. The kitchen was our main focus and it turned out great! This was phase one of our project and we look forward to working with her in phase two.

Nara helped me throughout the entire process of my house being built. She was so knowledgeable about color coordination, style and how to piece things together. She also has a great bold taste which encouraged me to go outside of my comfort zone knowing it’ll for sure look amazing. Another great thing about working with Nara was that she’s very conscious of costs as to why she’ll always help find the best deals to stay on budget... I highly recommend her!

I can not say enough positive things about Munro+Sica. They have helped me with multiple projects in my home. Projects including a neglected dark sun room, which was transformed into a bright soothing oasis for our family. They listened to my ideas every step of the way, working within my budget and time frame. They are amazing, I highly recommend Munro+Sica.
