Samantha at Tile and Design, Inc. is not only talented but extremely patient and helpful... She took so much time working with me and then designing the perfect kitchen backsplash for my new home. She and Mark even came out to my house in Canonsburg with sketches and tile samples for me to choose from so I could make my decision in my home rather than at the store. Can't say enough about the level of customer service and Samantha's excellent eye for design. Highly recommend the store.

Our Seneca tiles are beautiful. Though the staff was friendly and helpful they overestimated the amount of tile needed by about 25%, so just be careful of the amount to order based on your measurements.

I had a very positive experience working with Kelly at Tile and Designs, Inc. My husband and I were building a condo unit. We have a large open kitchen and I wanted something unique. Kelly helped me design just that. I used the more expensive tiles as accent pieces and chose a less expensive tile from a different company for the background or field tile. We love the look and have had many compliments on the design. I also chose an accent tile to use with the white subway tile in our guest bath. I am very happy with this choice as well. I would highly recommend Tile and Designs for the tile selection. They have many displays which makes it easier to picture what something may look like as a finished product. Their prices were competitive.
