I am the Sole Proprietor of Anderson Residential Design and was recommended by Timberwood to collaborate on our first project in Leavenworth, WA (2017-2018). I have worked with a variety of contractors in the area and Timberwood impressed me with a direct focus and involvement of the client, organized and clear planning of both costs and time frames, availability and quick response time when needed, strong ethics and overall great quality. They are a wonderful group of people I would highly recommend.

We were extremely pleased with this project from start to finish, and we found that Herman, Mike, and all of the employees were very committed to the quality of the work that was done, and they also stood behind their work if there was any type of difficulty. Once they took the job, they were on the work site daily with no breaks or dead time while they worked on other jobs. We felt that we were part of a team that worked together very effectively toward a common goal, and our ideas and needs were responded to. All of these factors made the home remodel enjoyable, productive, and efficient and the end result was exactly what we wanted. Friends and acquaintances who visit our home are very impressed with the quality. Timberwood personnel were very clearly focused to producing a quality home and cabinetry, including details that might otherwise be overlooked. There is obvious pride in achievement on the part of all of the employees. We have been so impressed and pleased with Timberwood that we have used them for several other lesser projects, particularly for custom designed furniture to fit our needs. They always have a positive “can do” attitude and they enjoy the creativity and problem solving that goes into these projects. They respond promptly to requests and communication. They are an exceptional business, particularly in a field where there is considerable variability in commitment, quality of work, and willingness to work closely with clients. Our overall experience over a period of years could not have been better.

Timberwood's craftmanship is always of the highest quality. They look for the best solution to any problems that arise. They employ top quality people that work hard to satisfy the customer. Herman and Mike believe that a customer is a customer for life and follow up years later to make sure that the structure is maintained in the best condition possible. They respond to any problem promptly and always arrive at the promised time. We have had previous homes that they worked on where they responded to problems that arose 20 years later. We have used them on remodeling projects since 1982.
