Timeless Construction

Had a stone retaining wall constructed in my back yard, which was done by Timeless Construction. Initially, I was satisfied with the project, however over the last year, part of the wall is collapsing due to soil being eroded away from the foundation because of a flawed drainage system designed by Timeless. Basically, they put a drainage pipe along side of the wall which sends water flowing down the side of the wall when it rains. This constant water flow has eroded the dirt away causing the wall to start collapsing. Had no clue the pipe was there because it was buried under ground, but due to erosion, the pipe has become visible. Bottom line, attempted to contact the owner Dave Benfer multiple times via email and phone, left messages and he has NEVER contacted me to address this issue! Totally unprofessional and rude. He clearly is avoiding having to come out to my place and remedy this issue. Beware of this company and their questionable work practices, ethics and competency!

I would not recommend Timeless Construction. We signed a contract June 1 for an early August start after HOA approval and permit. Yesterday I get a call that they are canceling the contract due to a vague excuse about the direction David Benfer is taking the company. Not at all a professional way to do business.

I would not recommend this company because they do not stand behind their work. The designer, Craig does a nice job but his follow up is inconsistent. Dave who seems to handle subcontractors has poor follow through and doesn’t answer emails. We waited three years to have our patio repaired due to shoddy construction. They finally sent someone out and they were so lazy. They only fixed part of the problem and no one has been back to finish up. No one will email us back or return our calls.
