Tailored Living designed the closets for our new home and also organized our garage with slat board, cupboards, a workbench and epoxy floors. My husband and I are thrilled! The women practically weep when they see my walk-in and pantry and the men fall to their knees to feel the epoxy floor in the garage. Tim and his team are professional, skilled and friendly. I personally know Tim and know that he puts his clients and employees first. An example of this is when his guys showed up for at my house for an install. The guys showed up unannounced, which was 100% fine by me because they were meeting a deadline that Tim was unsure if they could meet. When I texted Tim to express my gratitude he told me that he did not realize his guys were even at my house. As a fellow small business owner I can say that Tim is running a great business when his techs show up at my house to meet my deadline without Tim even knowing about it. I will be calling Tailored Living in the future!

We used Tailored Living of Madison for our new home. The surpassed our expectations with design, customer service, follow up, and installation! They did all of our closets and garage. Our Master Closet turned out incredible, and their suggestions and ideas helped us use our space efficiently! For our garage, I cannot even begin to describe how happy I am with end result. After building our house 12 years ago we were finally in a position to do some upgrades. Tim and his crew planned and installed a master closet and completed our mudroom with lots of improved storage. I was very impressed with Tim's ability to plan the spaces and foresee future growth and storage needs. He offered several options and pricepoints for us to choose from. The installers were considerate of our floors and took their shoes off and spread out protective coverings on all the carpets. After installation I decided I didn't like the pulls on the cabinets. Tim was very understanding and I ordered new replacements. Several days later the installers came back and quickly changed out the pulls. I would highly recommend Tailored Living. We received three estimates for our closet remodel. The prices were close but Tim really listened to our needs and "nailed" the design.
