Primrose Designs consists of the principal designer, Tina Kuhlmann; an associate designer; and a small support staff to ensure personal attention to every detail. At Primrose Designs we believe in creating sophisticated designs that cater to your specific lifestyle. It is the small details that make your house a home. Tina and her team were fantastic to work with. From Tina's creative ideas, to the friendly office staff, our whole house remodel went smoothly. Tina transformed our dated vacation home into a comfortable, stylish place for our multi-generational family. She took care of every detail for us and kept us up to date with the work being done. We enjoyed working with her and would do it all again in a heartbeat!

Working with Tina and her Primrose Design staff has been a great experience! She brought interior design to a whole new level. Not only was she highly competent and professional, her passion and energetic demeanor made her a joy to work with. Always smiling, never missed a beat! She continuously had my back as she led the way to producing an amazing outcome. She was completely knowledgeable about every facet involved with the design process from decor to paint. She had a plethora of fabulous contacts, and clearly an outstanding reputation in her industry. My furnishings and warm color palette are the envy of all who visit!! My brother and I found Tina and her extraordinary team through a realtor friend when we decided to renovate our parents' home into a vacation home for ourselves and our families. Working remotely from 3 different cities, Tina helped us take the house down to the studs and transform it into everything and more than we could have imagined. She and Kira and the rest of the Primrose staff managed and designed the project, helped us find the perfect builder, and created a home (interior furnishings included) that will be enjoyed by our family for generations. Highly recommend Primrose if you want quality work, compassionate communications, and attention to detail. Thanks Tina!!

We've been very fortunate to find Tina and her talented staff on Houzz. Tina is more than decorator, she's a design coach. In the planning of our 500 square foot addition we went round and round with our architect with no real design end in sight. Enter Tina. She started us down a path to a full concept by giving us the tools to make the decisions, one at a time. Its a daunting task but when you "eat the elephant" a bite at a time, you can realize your goals. She helped us with design, color and décor, but more importantly focused on how the space would flow and could best serve our lifestyle and likes. She was extremely conscience of our budget and helped us choose the best design elements we could afford. It's very easy to say the we feel we could not have realized this project without her patience, guidance and mentorship.

Highly recommend. We did an extensive remodel / revision of the master suite bedroom & bathroom, as well as the outdoor living area which included fireplace, bar area and outdoor kitchen, in our new Solana Beach home. Tina was amazing throughout the entire process. She delivered creative and unique design layouts for our consideration - and honestly, nailed it the first time around. This is because she honed in quickly on our design aesthetic and intuitively knew the look and feel we wanted to achieve. We've worked with a number of design professionals in the past, so I know whether someone "knows their stuff" or not. She KNOWS her stuff. She integrates and communicates expertly with Trades including GC's, electricians and tiling professionals. The results are gorgeous. We couldn't be happier with our "resort style" master suite and outdoor living area.

Commented: Would you please share the tile manufacturer and color?This tile is made by Walker Zanger, the Grammercy Park line. It is a crackle tile that comes in a nice handful of colors this one is a cream.
