Titan Granite STL

We shopped for new counters at several St. Louis stores. SO glad we chose Titan Granite!!!! Mickey at the Fenton shop is awesome as is everyone we have come in contact with through them! Their customer service is outstanding and they keep you informed along the way. Start to finish we are 2 weeks!! They sent John from Sunrise out to demo and then to reconnect - he's the best. As they tore out the old they cleaned up any little mess and today when he returned, same thing. NO mess and so professional. He certainly knows what he's doing. The two young men who installed the granite yesterday arrived exactly on time and again NO mess. They did an amazing job! We purchased the 25 year sealer and that was applied today. Keith (owner of the sealant co) came out, explained everything and was in and out in no time. The granite was beautiful before the application but gorgeous after!! Again, everyone we have worked with through this has been on time, professional, experts at what they do and very pleasant! What more could you ask for during any project!

We loved working with Titan. Mickey at the Fenton store was great answering our questions and giving us samples. The template went smoothly and he was very nice. We were told 1 1/2 to 2 weeks for counters and they were installed 3 business days later much to our surprise! Installers were great to work with. The counters look great!

They are making me wait SIX WEEKS for countertops around the holidays! this means no sink and no dishwasher until they complete my project. Competitors I have talked to only take 3 weeks. If I had known sooner I would have gone elsewhere.

This is our second granite counter-top. Everyone from sales, to engineering (the guy that comes out to take precision estimate) to installation was spot on. Pricing was outstanding. Overall an A+ experience.

We heard great things about Titan and decided to check out their showroom when redoing our kitchen. We made a total of two trips to the showroom to decide exactly what we wanted and each time the employees greeted us very warmly and were very thorough and helpful in picking out what worked best for us. We had a unique island that turned out very nice and professional. The installation team was excellent and helpful with any questions I had. They also followed up extremely well ensuring everything was done correct and looked great which it did. I recently had granite countertops installed in my bathroom and kitchen by the incredible people at Titan Granite, and words cannot express how delighted I am not only with the end product but by how easy and seamless they made the process from start to finish. From the moment I walked into the door, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and had the undivided attention of the Sales Manager, Baxter Harris, which helped to ease that overwhelming feeling that I initially experienced as I walked through the warehouse looking for that “perfect” granite slab. Although I had an idea as to what I liked and what I didn’t like, I had no clue as to the number of factors that come into play when designing your space. Fortunately, Baxter was there to assist me the entire way, as I asked him for the pros, cons, current trends, and his thoughts, which helped to guide my decisions one by one as they were presented--all while keeping within (and slightly under) my desired budget. If I had questions or just wanted an opinion on faucets or backsplash choices, not only did Baxter reply to every email, but he typically did so within an hour of me sending it. I received a proposed budget and plan within 24 hours of the initial templating of the space and had the install completed in less than two weeks time. I received a courtesy call reminding me of the install date and time, and in addition to being provided with a window of arrival time, the installers were gracious enough to call me 30 minutes prior to arriving at my home, so I didn’t have to take off an entire day of work, which I greatly appreciated as well. Titan Granite’s customer service is undoubtedly one of the best I have ever experienced, as Baxter contacted me the evening of the install to ensure that I was pleased with the finished product and to thank me for my business. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Titan Granite for any and all of your granite needs.

Can't say enough good things about Titan Granite. From start to finish, the experience my wife and I received from Titan was unlike any other. If you read nothing else, read this: Start to finish, the process from selection to installation took less than two weeks. Selection - Unlike big-box stores or even local distributors, Titan allows you to be fully immersed in the selection process. When we didn't fall in love with any of Titan's on-site inventory (which is extensive), Craig took us on a tour of two major granite importers (on two occasions because we're indecisive). We were able to not only see the species/variety of granite we wanted, but hand select the actual slab directly from the importer. Templating - Two days after selecting our slab, Baxter (from Titan; not a third-party) came to our house to discuss layouts and design the template to be used for creating our counter-tops. After that, we met with Craig in-store to lay out the template on our slab to ensure each piece would feature the stone the way we wanted. Installation - Four days later, Titan installed our counter-tops and peninsula. The process was quick and the installers were knowledgeable; offering advice on cut-outs and placement of faucets and soap dispensers. We looked at nearly every granite distributor in the St. Louis area before choosing Titan. Save yourself the time, and go with Titan. Titan is hands down one of the most professional companies I've dealt with.

We have now had our kitchen and two bathrooms done by Titan Granite and all were quality jobs! From our salesperson to our installers and everything in between, we could not have been any more impressed with the price, professionalism and care that this group of guys gave us! We will definitely be back for our next granite project!
