Todd, helped us complete our basement. From the beginning, he was very professional and did whatever he promised us. He provided the estimated time that it would take to finish the basement and finished it right on time. He accommodated all our requirements. There wasn't a time in the whole process, that we had any complaints or disagreements with them. The whole process was so smooth. Todd, helped us blend in the basement with existing main room, by matching the basement flooring, doors, door handles, baseboards and wall paints. This helped us create a modern contemporary look, that we wanted. Creating Space builders also never troubled us for anything and would enter, finish their work and exit without even us knowing about it. The quality of materials used in the construction is commendable and all our friends complimented our basement and the quality of materials used. Creating space person for AV media was awesome and helped us create our dream media room. He provided us with detailed options for all the AV equipments in various price ranges, so we could choose, the best one to fit our needs. Our theatre sound system is amazing. Over all we had a great experience working with creating spaces team and would highly recommend them.

We hired Creating Space to remodel our basement because basements are their specialty. It was a complete remodel that saw our basement get torn down to the studs. Todd has an amazing crew of people. From the demo to framing to plumbing to electrical. All top notch guys who are easy to talk with and helpful whenever I had any questions. Creating Space took an outdated basement and turned it into a fully functional and useable space for the entire family. They created 4 rooms, a kitchenette, entertainment area, laundry room and two full sized bathrooms, installed all new electrical and an entirely new HVAC system, including venting. The quality of work is top notch. My one suggestion for anyone working with CS is to be crystal clear on what you're receiving. I didn't know the lingo/description of the doors he wrote down and assumed we were getting a particular type of door that would match our upstairs. I was wrong and we had to re-order new doors. That was pretty much the only hiccup in the entire process. Great experience overall and I would recommend to anyone looking for a trusted professional to remodel your basement.

We had the basement completely finished with a full kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry and storage: The full kitchen was done with a lot of detail. Plenty of storage was added. The layout was done nicely. Todd’s team worked with us to ensure we got what we needed for a comfortable living area. We had used Todd’s company years ago on our previous home and was pleased to use them again.

Everything about the process was easy and a great experience. All the tradesmen were professional and listened to our wants. From the plumber to the electrician to the wonderful custom cabinetry craftsman. The work was according to schedule and never left wondering when someone would be there.
