Their process focused on understanding the vision we had for our home system so they could provide solutions to meet our needs and budget. They are honest and upfront, communicated, were timely and did what they said they were going to do. The products they use for their projects are top quality and most importantly, they work. Incredible experience with Tony and boys at DuPont Pro’s! They installed all my electronics in my new home, including security camera’s with multiple tv access points, whole home audio, theater room, and golf simulator room. The after the sale experience has been top notch. Easy to communicate with and very prompt to help with issues. They (seemingly) dropped everything when I’ve had multiple issues with two specific pieces of equipment, which they’ve made extremely hassle free coming out and replacing them, even though it’s a manufacturer issue. They stand behind their name and product! 10/10 recommend!

The crew at Dupont Pro is the best in Sioux Falls. Tony has a wealth of knowledge and had great ideas to help get all my Sonos, AV, and smart home needs dialed in throughout the house. He is super responsive and great with collaboration. Jeff did an expert job on installation and is just a wiz with these systems. These guys really know their stuff and can do it all!
