We recently had the pleasure of working with Mary Norris and the team at TopNotch Design Studio on a project for a wounded veteran and his family in Hanson, MA. We are a non-profit foundation who builds homes for veterans who have been critically wounded in combat so keeping costs down while creating a beautiful forever home for our recipients is of the upmost importance. Top Notch worked with the veteran and his family from start to finish to select everything for this new build. Not only were Mary and her team extremely professional but they were very helpful in making suggestions that fit with the families design aesthetic and stayed within our project budget. In the end we were able to hand over the keys to a 100-percent accessible home to this wounded veteran and that would not have been possible without the hard work and support of the entire TopNotch team,

Patty Winberg and her staff at Topnotch Design studio helped us think through what we needed and wanted in our kitchen upgrade. We discussed the new cabinets and how they would look and function. With every step, we were efficiently given the next step in our decision making. They helped facilitate the renovation and were available for all our questions and concerns. We are delighted with the results.

We worked with Patty at Topnotch design during our full kitchen remodel in 2016. Patty was incredibly helpful and thoughtful throughout the entire process. From helping to pick an excellent quality cabinet that was within our price range to finding the perfect shade of white, she was with us throughout the journey. The design is perfect. Patty worked with our architect to find creative ways to utilize every square foot in a way that functions well in our busy household. Dean and the installation team could not be more professional and precise. Chris is a true expert who helped to give us tips to keep our cabinets looking fresh. Finally, some of our cabinets had some minor issues. Dean was receptive and incredible responsive and helped to make sure our product was replaced where needed.

We had to redo our kitchen due to water damage. The communication between me, my insurance company and my contractor with Top Notch was seamless. Our designer came to our home and immediately knew the best way to maximize function and storage. She helped us coordinate tile, countertop, sink, and appliances with the new kitchen cabinets. The install was meticulously done, taking into account the dips in our ceiling and floors and fitting our appliances. Now that the heat is on, we have found a small crack in our cabinet (covered by the warranty) and Top Notch quickly responded and will replace the cabinet for us without us having to talk to the cabinet manufacturer ourselves. We love our new kitchen and the way it flows with the rest of the house. Many of our friends and family have commented on how nice it looks. We couldn't have done this without Top Notch!

My husband and I renovated our kitchen under the expertise of designer Mary Norris in 2017. Mary was a pleasure to work with! She had a large knowledge base and was able to guide us through the process seamlessly. The project could sometimes get overwhelming, but Mary helped us with the many decisions that we had to make, always considering our ultimate goals and budget. Our kitchen project entailed removing a wall separating the old kitchen/dining room, then redesigning the space which included relocating our stove, sink and dishwasher, extending the existing hardwood floor in the old dining room into the kitchen area which was originally tile, and installing all new cabinetry. Overall, Mary was very responsive and professional throughout the project. She provided us with her expertise while keeping on budget and always did so in a pleasant, friendly and professional manner. We would highly recommend working with Mary Norris without hesitation.
