DSD Pharmacy Inc, contracted Trident Building to do the build out for it's new drug store in Gastonia. The schedule was tight and the budget was tight. We had a master bedroom and bath remodel. Zack and team opened a second bedroom and combined to create a fantastic new space. Square footage was taken from an adjacent bathroom to enlarge the master bath and completely redo. 2 new walk in closets completed our vision. We love it!

Zack Horne built my home as a "spec" house, but you would never know it from all the custom touches and thoughtful upgrades, no stone was left unturned. I moved to Gastonia in 2008 and was looking for a move in ready home that was more than the average house. Zack further customized my home by adding an addition to my home prior to closing and my move in date. In addition to getting a new home I got a builder that was truly invested in his product and in helping me settle into a new home and a new neighborhood. Zack made sure I was provided with the names and contact information of the subcontractors that worked on my home, from the landscaper to the tile mason. I have been very pleased with my home and it is still as lovely as the day I moved in. Zack continues to be just as invested in his product and in 2015 continues to provide personal assistance, counseling and the names of sub-contractors that will take on the odd jobs when needed. This is an outstanding homebuilder with a high quality reputation. The company has affiliations with the local homebuilders association and the Lake Wylie, SC Chamber of Commerce. They are located on the western side of Charlotte, NC and hold licensing to build in both North and South Carolina. The Lake Wylie, SC area is a hotbed of building activity and is now a focused area for Trident Building, Inc. This is where we built our home and we just love the area and the lake. The proof of Tridents quality of work speaks for itself in their attention to the specific client needs and the finishing details of the home, from drawing the blueprints to the ribbon cutting.
