We are a full-service construction company with over 40 years' experience specializing in high-end residential renovations, restorations, and additions. We will develop a design that is personally tailored to your changing lifestyle that will meet your budget. During our estimating process, we use realistic construction costs. We do not lowball a job with the intent to make up the difference with change orders (an increased invoice / budget upon job completion). Urbaniak Construction is committed to completing the job on time, within budget, and to your utmost satisfaction. Tom oversees every job and works on site to ensuring the highest quality of work. Likewise, our lead carpenters/project managers provide the highest quality of work and daily supervision of all our subcontractors. This keeps quality control at the highest level and helps adhere to the construction schedule. Having built one house from scratch and having done major renovations on two other houses, I have learned that the most important factor in a successful project is good communication and responsiveness from your contractor. Tom is the epitome of a responsive and considerate businessman. He and his team are easy to work with and they listen carefully to your needs. I did a major job in an 1899 Victorian including a new kitchen and two new baths. There were many decisions to be made along the way. Tom helped me make good decisions and also found ways to keep the budget under control. I highly recommend Urbaniak Construction, and have already given his name to two friends who are planning renovations of their own.

We've worked with Tom and his subcontractors for several projects. They have been wonderful. Prior to meeting Tom based on a friends referral, we built 2 houses and knew the heartaches and frustration that go along with building/reno. However, with Tom we did not have the experience we've come to expect. He performed demo, installed kitchen cabinets, a roof, siding, bathrooms and the list goes on. I couldn't be more pleased. Tom was very transparent with costs especially when 'hiccups' arose (rehabbing a neglected old farmhouse) - many surprises behind the walls. He was also very flexible with allowing us to use our own subs while he coordinated with them. Have recommended him to at least 2 friends who have hired him. We have more upcoming projects for him which we can't wait to tackle.
