From humble beginnings, we've built an outstanding team that provides our customers with the finest property management services available. At Ultimate Services, our wealth of knowledge and commitment to customer service have made us an indispensable resource for some of New York and Connecticut's most selective residential and corporate clients for more than four decades. in 1971, while still in high school, John G. Chiarella, Jr. founded Ultimate Services with just one employee, a push lawn mower, and a handful of clients. From day one, providing outstanding customer service was his top priority. He mowed lawns, washed windows and did odd jobs with pride for area doctors, lawyers, and business professionals. Wishing to grow, John knew he could not expand his services without first increasing his knowledge. The University of Connecticut's Horticulture program was his answer.
