VASCO Property Services built an addition for our house. Not only did it take 8 months when they stated it would be 5-6 weeks, but they painted it the wrong color, failed 2 interim inspections, failed to put electrical switches in the room and broke our irrigation system. They did finally fix these items. But, when they realized we didn’t owe them any more money, they stopped responding to us, and failed to finish the project leaving us with a roof that leaked into the new room, doors that didn’t lock properly and they failed to provide us with the warranties for the Mitsubishi split, roof shingles and Anderson Windows. Extremely disappointing and incomplete work.

Vasco is by far the best Company I've had the pleasure of working with in many years! I'm a high-end Designer with a Masters from Italy, so thats saying a lot. The owner has an Architectural degree and I've never met more talented, intelligent, knowledagable, polite, gracious, and professional Team in my entire 11 years working on the Shore. They have their priorities straight and I'm happy to see that their business is thriving. Its no surprise and they deserve every accolade and referral. All of the 5 star ratings here prove it! I will only work with Vasco Property Services from here on out, and they'll be the only company I recommend to my Clients and those inquiring from now on. Thats how impressed I was with the whole experience from start to finish. I wish them and have no doubt that they'll have continued success. We're fortunate to have them in our area.

Vasco services repaired a leak in the roof and repaired the resultant damage to the interior. They also painted some damage to the dentil molding on the front of house caused by power washing last summer. The work was satisfactory and response time to request immediate. All work was completed in two days after request online.

Roofing Siding Windows Balcony Custom small storage loft area with custom steps. Reasonably priced compared to other quotes. Builder was flexible and accommodating to my schedule and unique requests. Adam helped create my dream to a reality. And in the few times an issue came it was resolved immediately. Very honest folks to work with. This was my second lg project I've had them do.
