My husband and I did not know what to do with our new home. We reached out to Vanessa and a few other designers, but we felt most comfortable with Vanessa because of her processes and knowledge. She continued to remind us to focus on the equity of our home, and helping us to see where to spend, and where we could save. We furnished our main living area with Vanessa and her team, and are so pleased with the results. We cannot recommend Vanessa and her team enough.

My Master Bedroom and Master Bath are a dream! Vanessa is so talented and easy to work with. She and I have developed a friendship that I hope will last forever… but we did so because she was a great listener, she wanted me to have my vision for the space, and had multiple package options that made working with her easy, and within my budget. Her tradespeople were professional, respectful and courteous of me and my home, and they even brought treats for my dog. She was very upfront about discussing the budget and setting my expectations. After working with other designers, I understand the value of working with true professionals, that are masters at their craft, as Vanessa and her team have proven to be. I will never work with another designer again!

Vanessa is an amazingly intuitive designer. She listened to my (sometimes vague) descriptions of what I wanted and worked diligently to curate what fit me and my family's personality. She nailed the design and gave a fabulous presentation for our remodel. She is much more than just a decorator, she is a true designer. Her plans so customized and specific to us, we couldn't have gotten this kind of work just anywhere.

Vanessa Empire and her team have been exactly what we needed to update our old house. We wanted to update our home so we could live in a home that reflected our love of life and creativity, yet allows for the natural beauty of an older home to be updated respectfully. Every choice Vanessa has helped us to make, has done just that. We loved watching how our home came to life and it's so much more than making a home look staged or sterile, but more curated! Now that we've built a real relationship with Vanessa we look so forward to what's in store for our entire home!

We found Vanessa after a very disappointing experience with another local design firm and we couldn't be happier! She has a natural sense for good design, she’s super profession and consistently works within our budget. She is easy to work with, and we enjoyed all of our meetings with her. From our initial meeting, we were impressed with Vanessa’s calm, practical manner. Her insight and guidance in the overall layout, function and details of finish were indispensable, and the quality of the product is top-notch. After learning about Houzz, I started looking on the app for someone to help renovate our home/kitchen. After my sister finished her house remodel in Boulder, we loved the work that was done on her house, and wanted to call Vanessa for help with our home. Our flooring was destroyed due to a flood, and over time the water damage had ruined our kitchen cabinets. Vanessa was an amazing partner from the beginning and helped make this daunting task more approachable. She was very clear and managed expectations about all the steps from beginning to end and a HUGE help in helping us design our kitchen. She looked for opportunities in our very small space to add storage, and what felt like individual attention that really helps to keep us organized as a busy working family with 2 very young children. Having ZERO vision or eye for design, all we knew is that we wanted a "light gray" kitchen. Vanessa jumped in immediately and took over giving us ideas and suggestions on how to bring to life what we could only try to describe using words and Houzz or Pinterest photos we liked. She was so easy to work with, proactive, and her work is well thought out and done to perfection. Our home came out better than what we had hoped and we love the space! We constantly receive compliments on how beautiful everything turned out. The cabinets are of the highest quality for value, and the customized storage a huge plus. Thank you so much, Vanessa! Vanessa and her team helped me organise a total remodel of my newly purchased house, at a very affordable quote. My girlfriend and I were moving in together for the first time and we wanted a nice place that we would share. The project was a stress free experience, it started on time and was completed several days ahead of schedule. Everyone who comes to visit is blown away by Vanessa’s work, the house looks amazing after the renovation.

We wanted to redesign our house and we needed someone with enough creativity to help us make our vision a reality. We contacted several companies but Empire Interiors offered the best quote and Vanessa helped us put together a renovation design that is perfect for us. Her workers were super polite, they worked very hard, sometimes beyond the original scope of work to please us, without charging extra. Vanessa and her team exceeded our expectations in every way.

This summer I got my condo redesigned by Vanessa’s company and I am very satisfied with their work. They turned my old condo into a beautiful and modern, luxurious place to live, significantly increasing its value. We agreed on the price for the project very easily and Vanessa’s team worked hard to create a place that is as beautiful as it is functional. I must mention that they were very flexible and compromising with a few unforeseen difficulties during the remodel. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Vanessa and her company came in recommended by a friend of mine and I decided to hire them for a bedroom remodel. Our master bedroom was very small and we wanted to expand it and make it look more stylish. They made a wonderful design and came up with ideas that we never even considered. The remodel was completed on time and everything was done with great attention to details. We are very pleased with our new bedroom, it is both more comfortable and good looking.

Vanessa and her crew completed a renovation project of our home that included a complete kitchen remodel and adjustments to our dining room. She was awesome and easy to work with, she had great ideas and came up with a wonderful design for the kitchen. I hired Vanessa and her team to redesign the old business we had just purchased in the beauty industry. As new partners, she worked with both of us to help us to agree on materials, colors and overall style of what we wanted our business to look like, and how it would represent us to our clients. She got involved in who our clients are, their ages, demographics, cultural consideration and the area, and even our logo and overall “vibe”. She kept us on track with building and fire codes, and guided us on preparation for our space and the construction process. The design process was thorough, and she showed us finishes, colors and textures in person. We knew what we were getting every step of the way. We ran into a plumbing suprise (it's a 50 year old building), and a few other existing condition surprises in the space, but Vanessa and her team made sure our renovation was complete on time for our open house. It was a great experience to work with Vanessa and her team. Our space reflects us, our clients love the experience, we are attracting our dream clientele, and making a name for ourselves with the custom lighting Vanessa designed, and now we are able to charge more for our services because of the space!

I hired Vanessa to update my kitchen and main floor. I purchased the Equity Design Package since it seemed to keep things in line with the equity of the home, along with giving me an updated style that worked for me and my family. Her superb ability to identify with me and my style was very impressive. I have worked with other design firms, and while they may come up with something that is nice, it was so unique that she thought of me and who I was through the entire design process. Her Team of General contractors, flooring installers, electricians and even her assistant were super professional and walked me through the process to make me comfortable that my home was in good hands. The fireplace design assured me that I needed a pro to handle all of the different contractors involved in this sort of remodel. The final reveal was better than I had hoped for. She is talented and a professional from space planning, to paint color recommendations to materials and finishes. I cannot wait to come home each day! I highly recommend Vanessa and her team! Next year we will tackle the Master Bedroom and Patio!

We hired Vanessa to help us re-design our 1920's old bungalow. She turned our outdated home to a newly remodeled modern and sophisticated home. We had her re-design our expanded kitchen, the master bath, floors, the overall color and look of the house and a lot more little things that go into a remodel that aren't often thought about. We are so proud to show our home off to our friends and family now. Vanessa's advice, approach, taste and recommendations were all on target with our expectations and she's so easy to work with. I would highly recommend her for any large or small project.

I hired Vanessa to refresh and renovate my powder room and am thrilled with the results! She has a genuine eye for aesthetics and was easily able to ascertain what style I was looking for. There were a few tweaks needed at the end that she addressed swiftly. I'd definitely recommend her services!
